My grill was packed on its side instead of upright, with boxes stacked on top of it. Completely destroyed the $600 grill and after submitting a claim they’re offering a staggering $60 for replacement. Not to mention they completely ruined the paint on my motorcycle by stacking stuff on top of it too. Oh and the truck driver who delivered everything expected me to tip for delivering destroyed boxes, a ruined motorcycle, and ruined grill. Nice job guys.

Updating my review to 3 stars. After months of back a forth Tammy called me and agreed to replace my missing mirror. I have to say when it comes to customer service Vanessa, Tammy, Veronica were all great! I just feel like maybe some things are out of their control when it comes to damaged or lost items. Thank you Tammy for being so accommodating as I appreciate you doing the right thing. If this type of customer service was given the first time I called to resolve the issue I wouldn't have given a 1 star review. I just wanted to be compensated for the damaged goods. Things happen and I understand that, it's the risk you take when moving. Other than that GPS showed up on time and delivered my items. Just be cautious because anything fragile could break during your move. At the beginning of 2020 I decided to move cross country. My roommate had moved cross country about 8 months prior and had success with GPS moving so I hired GPS. On pick up day several movers arrived and the were nice and speedy. Easy process. Fast forward to a month later, due to personal reasons I needed to have them store my items for 2 more months. They were very accommodating. After the 2 months my delivery was scheduled at the beginning of the COVID-19 shut down. So as you can imagine I was in constant communication with them about the procedure and updated protocol. I spoke with Vanessa, Tammy, and Veronica often. On the delivery day the driver calls and tells me that he is at my address. He went to the wrong address as I had called to update my delivery current address a few weeks before. No problem! I’m flexible. Driver shows up and starts to unload but wants the stair fee in cash beforehand. I mentioned there would be stairs on the phone to Veronica and was aware of the fee but was NOT aware it had to be cash and paid before unloading. Small detail that would have been helpful. I ran to an ATM and got the cash. Finally he unloads the truck and that’s when I notice boxes of mine damaged, opened and WET!! I walk over and try to speak to the driver but he is unable understand me due language barrier. I begin to get upset as I am not sure why this would be acceptable service. The driver also had no help so I watched him fold my mattress in half and strap it to a dolly. Uh that can’t be good for the mattress! Then remember it’s the beginning of the shut down due to COVID and the driver is not wearing gloves or a mask. I watched him blow his nose in his hand and wipe it on box. DISGUSTING!!!!!! 🤮 Worse part was at the end of the unload he asked me to sign the documents and my 6 FOOT MIRROR was missing. They just lost it! HOW??? 🤬 Due to the time zone I was unable to get ahold of anyone in the office so I talked to the dispatch manager and he said I would need to file a claim. I did just that and after months of waiting the claim company comes back with $74 dollar reimbursement, WHAT??? 🤔 So I call Tammy and tell her this is not acceptable and she said she will speak to the owner and get back to me. A few weeks later and a few messages left for Tammy I receive an email from Anthem Claim with a revised settlement of $234. This won’t even pay to replace the mirror! I tried to call Tammy and ask for her to work with me on this as I didn’t find this far at all. She sent me the ASMA form which is pretty much smalls claim court/arbitration . It cost each of us money to enter which makes no sense to me. Just use the money you are going to pay for arbitration and settle the damn thing so we both can move on. I just want to replace my mirror. If you are thinking of using GPS moving, DONT! Save yourself the trouble. I even spoke to another moving company when getting quotes that highly advised to STAY AWAY! Wish I would have listened.

Run run run as far as you can come this moving company. We used them to move our items from California to Texas, it was the WORST moving experience of our families life (we move often for work) The company destroyed EVERY piece of furniture we have worked so very hard for. Damages came to over $30k - They refused to apologizes or take account for any wrong doing. On top of destroying everything they messed up the delivery time not once, not twice but 3 times, not that is mattered, when we FINALLY got our stuff from a STORAGE unit (not even our house, where it was suppose to go) every item was damaged. We then had to hire ANOTHER company to remove our items from storage to our new home. When we finally spoke to someone they gave us a lovely credit of $300. lol! $300!! Let me remind you, they ruined priceless furniture, expensive TVS, family heirlooms. Its a sad company, run by piss-pore people. For the safety of your family and your items, I highly encourage you to use another company. One with compassion and morals. It will save you months of crying over your hard earned items. Shame shame shame on this company & Tammy (Pssst) Horrible lady. PS --The driver of the truck who missed the delivery several times (because he said he went out and drank) then added us on facebook and harassed us because we reported him to the company. We were in fear for our life, because he knew where we lived & had the key to the storage still

As a San Diego resident, I wanted to support a local company like GPS. A HUGE mistake with GPS. GPS marketed itself as a family company that cared about its customers and was super responsive until the moment you put a deposit down. From that point forward, it went all wrong. I'll list all the issues because giving content to the absurd lies they said throughout the move process borders on malicious management. - Zero communication after taking the deposit. I always had to reach out. - Didn't provide a custom tv box when I repeatedly asked for that in the quote - Sub-leased my move to a National moving company for my across-state move. I might as well have done that myself. - Hid behind buried terms of delivery and readily changed the definition. - Broke my TV, lost a box, and the wheels to my desk chair. Their answer was to take it up with our 3rd party claims company. They have no liability. I'll take some blame as this was my first move, and I did not know what to look out for with moving companies. However, the issues I'm listing are deceitful and clearly a lack of respect for their customers. This caused me to lose productivity at my new job, emotional stress, housing instability, and finical loss. I hope you find a better moving company and your move goes much smoother than mine.

Horrendous experience with GPS moving from San Diego to Florida. To be fair, the folks in the office are decent in the crew that loaded my belongings in San Diego were very pleasant. But as you can see in the photos, they do not take care to treat your belongings with respect. The driver and foreman in Florida, Zeevy, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He first tried to charge me a $530 fee for shuttle service (an 18 wheeler cannot fit on my property) that was already included im my contract. He then tried to charge me an “elevator fee” of $125, which was completely bogus. I told the folks in the SD office this guy was trying to swindle me, and they replied he was 3rd party and probably unaware of their policies. This is completely bogus, as he had the SD office of the phone speaking some Eastern European language, so he clearly knows these folks well. To top it off, they hit another resident’s vehicle with their van and left without saying anything! These people are unbelievably awful, avoid them.
