This was the worst moving Company experience ever i moved from Oklahoma to Florida it took them 36 days and i got no good answers from customer service they were rude when they finally showed up it was a total different Moving Company my stuff was damaged and some boxes were completely open with missing items. I am missing three boxes and The people that delivered it told me flat out they don’t speak English. They were throwing stuff off the truck. And at the end he was upset because I did not tip him. He demanded I tip him money. when i tried to talk to them about this issue I got know where when they finally sent me a link to talk to somebody about the damage, total joke never will I give them any kind of reference

Worst moving company ever. Moved from California to St. Louis. They lost our contract twice. The set were eight was 300 ft.³. On the day of arrival they up charged it because they knew we weren’t there and said we had to pay for an extra 70 ft.³ because it wouldn’t fit on the truck.when it got here, I measured the truck and it only had 112 and the driver said I Don’t speak English. We wound up paying over $2000 for the small load 13 totes altogether. Worst company ever to work with.

The movers were friendly, efficient, and handled my belongings with great care. They made sure everything was securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. Moving is always stressful, but they made it so much easier. Highly recommend their services!

Thank you American first Moving for sending Jonathan, Eulices and their team did an outstanding job with no complications. They were professional, polite, hard working, and careful with all belongings. They took excellent care with the hardwood floors and walls to make sure nothing was damaged and removed all furniture and belongings with the greatest of care. Excellent, strong, hardworking men!
