This was my very first time shipping my vehicle from one state to another. I recommend you ask for Amy Jones. She was beyond helpful and she made the process smooth. I was also able to get the vehicle transported at a reasonable price. My car was picked up on Tuesday and delivered the very next day! I also want to thank the driver Jorge Rodriguez who I felt went above and beyond to retrieve our vehicle. Thank you for assisting us with our car transport will be contacting you soon to ship out another vehicle!

Dishonesty, lack of communication, unprofessional. Scheduled a pickup day for March 3rd. Signed the "contract". Here I am sitting, no updates, no phone calls, no information. My flight is tomorrow and my car is stuck here. Absolutely horrendous first experience. Do not under any circumstances trust this company. It's bait and switch.

****WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY****If I could give less then 1 star I would. We contacted this company almost a month before our state to state move. I was connected to Amy and received our quote for 2 vehicles for a total of $1350. We were thrilled with the cost because our move was already adding up. I advised Amy that I read the reviews online in regard to her service, and that is what also made me decide to use this company. I also advised Amy that we could not afford any hiccups or delays because my husband was scheduled to fly out to our new home and no one would be available for the pickup.Long story short, Amy assured me that everything would be OK and I was told the details of the "contract" . It was told that $150 will be my deposit when the vehicle is picked up, and that she would send me the name and contact information of our driver on the first week of June. We agreed and through several email correspondence, everything was confirmed. The first week of June, no one contacted us about a driver. So Again, I sent an email just to confirm that everything was OK. Again Amy confirmed we were good to go. Fast forward to June 11, a day before our scheduled pickup, Amy advise me that they did not have a driver available and that what they did have was a driver for almost $300 more that what we were originally quoted and agreed on. At this point I was livid because not only was my husband scheduled to fly out the next day, Amy failed to tell us this in advance to possibly book with another reliable company. She then proceeded to make excuses that they were a brokerage company(Never ever mentioned during our initial booking and accepting their services) and that they cant guarantee a price(please keep in mind that we were already given a cost. finalized the "contract", and had a scheduled date confirmed with them already) . After seeing that I was not going any where with her, I asked to speak to a manager who apologized but still could not guarantee a driver but was "working" on it. The next day I received an email from Amy saying they are still trying to find a driver. I called Amy and my phone calls who were answered very quickly in that pass and she even knew it was me calling based on their caller ID, were now not being answered. However, she continued sending me text messages. When Amy finally answered,I explained to her how dissatisfied I was, that she lied, tried to pull a bait and switch, and I wanted to speak with a manager and not her anymore. Amy who originally acted so sweet to pull my service in became rude ,she then had the nerve to tell me that I should not be upset, and that she understands if I wanted to find another transport service(one day before our scheduled flight) and hung up. After countless calls,. I was connected to a manager who hours later sends me an email that they have a driver. Amy then sends me an email that " they found a driver willing to accept that $1350(as if we were negotiating a price). Not trusting anything from Amy, I asked her to send me a contract on a company letterhead with all the details. She literally responded to the email saying "we have a driver for the $1350". I again replied, I need this on a company letter head or invoice and the next email I received from her was just the drivers information. At this point I was completely appalled and disgusted with this representative. I contacted the assigned driver Henry and he was much more pleasant, professional, and did exactly what they promised. Next time I will just connect with them directly instead of going through America's Choice Auto Transport. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would NEVER use them in any future move. I also would not recommend Amy. The worst experience ever with a company. If they do try to refute this complaint, I will post all of our email correspondence as proof. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

I was skeptical about using America’s choice due to the negative reviews but I’m so glad I did! Amy was great initially and Jason made sure that I had all of the information needed to contact the driver directly. Driver was great to deal with and the price was very competitive. Cars got here perfectly and on time. I would recommend using this company for your vehicle shipping needs.

I needed to move a Jeep I purchased from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Kansas. After enduring more lies and excuses then I could stand from a different transport broker for 10 days I was contacted by Brenda Fox from AMC. I was skeptical initially, because she was saying all the right things just like the previous transport broker. I finally decided to give her a shot, the nice thing was no deposit up front and she didn't get paid till the carrier picked up my vehicle. She started looking on a Thursday afternoon and by Friday afternoon she let me know she had a carrier that would pickup on Saturday, however they were above the price I was willing to pay, she explained to me that she had already talked the carrier down $100, but it was still more then I wanted to pay. I thanked her and turned it down, five minutes later she called me back and had gotten the carrier down another $50 dollars. At this point I accepted and the carrier picked my vehicle up late Saturday and delivered on Tuesday. She was very honest and very good at communicating which is more then I could ask for. Would definitely do business with her again and she restored my faith in transport brokers. Some tips for first timers which I was, many of the brokers will promise you anything to get you under contract (they are worst then used cars salesman), next they will want a deposit up front, don't pay them anything up front, make them actually do some work for you because many of them can talk the talk, but when it comes down to it they can't walk the walk. Thanks again Brenda!!
