If I could give zero stars, I would. PT Van lines handled our move from Las Vegas to Minnesota last May. The guys who loaded the truck did a good job, but nothing went well after that. The truck wouldn’t start to leave our house and was left there for 24 hours in a fire lane. Everything was moved into a warehouse, taken to New Mexico and put in storage before making it to our new home 3 weeks later. When it was unloaded, it was clear that most boxes had been flipped over. There were puncture holes from fork lifts in boxes and the large tv we paid extra for them to pack and take care of had footprints on the box and a cracked screen. The local movers hired to help unload the truck said they had never seen a worse move. We meticulously documented and submitted an insurance claim. At 60 cents a pound, the total didn’t even cover one of the broken tvs. Still, we thought it would still be something. We submitted our claim in July, it was settled in October and we are still waiting to see a penny of it. We have called repeatedly and been told the owner has to approve all checks. We realize now that we will probably never receive a check and they just count on people getting tired of the process and go away as they no longer answer or return our calls. Do NOT use this company if you want your things to arrive intact.

Do NOT hire this company!!!!! Please read all of this!! They are horrible!! There is SO MUCH wrong with this company that it’s actually criminal. What’s the worst about all of this is that I am all alone, going through a very very difficult time in my life and this company had the opportunity to do things right and help make a difficult time a little easier but instead they made my life exponentially worse. It’s very very sad. These people are greedy, selfish, incredibly uncaring human beings. First of all they are actual thieves. I had a valuable purse stored inside a bag that was stored inside another container that is missing. The bag the purse was kept in, along with the receipt for the purse was there but not the purse. After u discovered that was missing I checked to see if my IPad was where I had packed it and it too was gone. There is no way those things just “fell out” or “got lost”. They were taken. They immediately started trying to get more money from me after they showed up. I did a video walkthrough with them to assess how much cubic ft of storage I would need. I had a loveseat, two large lounge chairs, a large bench/coat rack/shelf unit, a coffee table and two end tables that they no longer had to move yet they were telling me I had to pay MORE because they didn’t have room for all of my furniture. it. Based on that video I was quoted a price for 1200 cubic ft of space. The movers showed up and told me that they only had room for 1000 cubic ft. Anything that went over that I would have to pay for. After arguing with them for at least 30 minutes they finally agreed to go take the stuff they already had in the van to a warehouse so they could make room for my stuff. It took them two hours to go unload the other stuff then come back to load mine. When they came back the movers started arguing again that I needed to pay them more. (I absolutely refused and they finally backed down and honored the original quote) During the process of packing and loading my stuff they were highly unprofessional. I caught them literally dumping a drawer full of my stuff into a large box. They took my drawer, tipped it over and let everything tumble into a large box that they were throwing random things into. I hadn’t emptied it because the previous moving company I hired had moved the desk with the contents in it. So delivery day finally arrives and I get a phone call that I need to pay the final balance before they unload the stuff. I told them I needed to see it and make sure it was all there first before I signed and paid. They bullied me and threatened me that if I didn’t pay the final balance and sign the form that everything was delivered BEFORE they unloaded it they would take it to a warehouse where I would be charged a storage fee and I would have to go through the process of getting my things back. The very worst thing I saw them do was to unload somebody else’s belongings into MY storage company’s parking lot, this was not one of their warehouses, this was where I had rented a unit to store my things. It was raining, the parking lot was unprotected and they left all those people’s things out, for about an hour so they could take my stuff that had been stored behind it. When I asked the moving guys if they were just going to leave those people’s things unattended and open like that they responded, “It’s not our problem, just be glad it isn’t your stuff.” There is a king size solid wood headboard/footboard bed frame, a solid wood entertainment center, and a large dinging room table that are all missing and all pieces of furniture were very important to me. I don’t think I will see them again. I haven’t even been able to take pictures of everything they ruined yet but I have included some photos I have taken so far. Just stay away from this company. I have a bad feeling I am going to be fighting with them for awhile 😩

Save your time and money. Took four weeks for our product to arrive in this condition. The delivery drivers were able to recognize who loaded our order into the truck based on the condition of all our goods and proceeded to tell us he’s notorious for doing this. After all our broken furniture was delivered the two drivers left without assembling anything though they were contacted to do so. Maybe they just assumed nothing survived the trip! We’re filing our claim with the third party insurance and the estimated time for anything is at least 30 days. Organization full of hacks. I will say although they were unable to change the outcome or speed the process for us, the customer service representative was extremely pleasant and apologetic. Seemed a bit embarrassed too. We were working with Old School Movers out of Vegas and it was then subcontracted out to PT Van Lines. Avoid them all.

They tried to change the price after loading all of my items, "lost the driver" on the other end for several days, which meant that they couldn't find anyone to deliver my belongings. My belongings arrived before the scheduled date, placed onto storage, thrown into a moving truck and delivered by one unexperienced man that was hired off of the street. Now, I can't get a response in order to file a claim for the broken and missing items. Don't hire them. Don't trust them. No matter how nice they seem.

I reserved Secoure Relocation aka PT Van Lines moving company after getting a call from Secure Relocation (US DOT 3777193 MC: 1350780), Christopher James ( 725 207 7935; 323 306 4606), he gave me a very good offer and reserved for moving @1200 dollars. After a few days, another lady Vanessa (323) 968-0066 called to re-estimate my items and asked for another $1300 dollars. During the day of loading, the driver comes and asks for another $5600, $3000 more than the estimated price. He put in such a trip that we didn't have another option at the last moment. During the delivery time, the driver did not let me see my stuff before paying all the money via Zille. They delivered my item after 12 days of the agreement, many of my items such as the TV, mattress, matters box, chairs, suitcase with clothes, and furniture parts were missing, and many were broken and unusable. I reported the loss and damages, they sent me a link to file a claim for loss and damage. Actually, the link they send goes back to them as well. In the beginning, they pretended they were doing some serious business, but did not do anything either to find my goods or compensate for the lost and damaged items. After a few days, I asked for any updates, and they said that we didn't have any claim registered and the moving company declined your claim. I called back to the regular numbers 702 703-1545, but my phone was blocked. I used another phone and called, and another lady Victora received it and told me, we didn't have any claim and I couldn't do anything about my lost and damaged item. She suggested to file a lawsuit against her moving company. I lost items worth more than $10,000 dollars. I suspect the staff of this moving company might have kept my items like brand new TVs, mattresses and clothes, high chairs, etc. Please help me with what should I do next with this moving company, and suggest never ever use the services of this moving company.
