I specifically wanted to leave this review for DJ, my driver. I’ve had the pleasure of riding with DJ quite a few times, the guy is just great. Very professional, personable, and polite. He’s just one of those guys that you know CARE! That matters most these days. I’ve had a few other drivers that were great as well, I just can’t remember their names, but DJ is awesome! God bless this guy and thank him for his service.

DJ was my driver today. He picked me up and brought me home from my doctors appointment . DJ drives excellently!!! We had a great conversation. I would love to have DJ again and drive me to My appointments in the future! Valley transport you hired a good one👍😎🏁🏁🏁

DJ was my driver today. By far the best driver you have. Very personable and polite. Asked me to make sure I had everything before we left which I really appreciated because I'm famous for forgetting my phone when I am rushed. He was on time and the vehicle was very clean. I use your service a lot and you sure could use more people like DJ! Thank you DJ for an enjoyable ride.

I am compelled to share an exceptionally troubling experience with this company, which reveals an alarming level of incompetence and disregard for customer service. My wife had a critical medical appointment scheduled for 4:00 p.m., with the expectation that a driver would arrive at 3:00 p.m. to ensure timely arrival. By 3:15 p.m., with no driver in sight, I reached out to the company. Rob, a dispatcher, responded with an astonishingly dismissive attitude. Despite being informed of the urgency due to the hospital’s policy, Rob assured me that the driver would arrive in 20 minutes and then abruptly ended the call. This showed a blatant disregard for both the urgency and basic customer service principles. With the delay continuing, I called back at 3:35 p.m. and spoke with Cassie. She put me on hold for seven minutes before coming back with yet another promise that the driver would be there in 8 minutes. My frustration was palpable, and I demanded to speak with a manager. The situation took a disturbing turn when a new representative, whose behavior was shockingly unprofessional, took over the call. She screamed at me, “THE DRIVER WILL BE THERE IN 8 MINUTES!!!!!” before disconnecting. This level of aggression and rudeness was both shocking and completely unacceptable. In an effort to address the situation, I attempted to call back, only to find that my number had been blocked. Using an alternate phone, I was horrified to overhear the same irate employee’s voice in the background. When I requested to file a complaint about the abusive behavior, I was informed that this woman, who had yelled at me, was actually in training Cassie—a disturbing insight into the company’s training practices and overall customer service approach. The only brief respite from this nightmare came with Alicia (or Alisha) from Valley Transport, who was courteous and professional. She informed me that her office was separate from the staff involved in this debacle, but her assistance could not undo the distress caused by the earlier interactions. This experience has highlighted severe deficiencies within the company. The unprofessionalism, aggressive behavior of staff, and systemic lack of concern for urgent customer needs are deeply troubling. I have taken steps to ensure that my Medicare provider will no longer assign this company’s services. To anyone considering using this company, I strongly advise you to reconsider. The service provided was not just inadequate—it was a glaring example of systemic failure and a profound disregard for customer care.

Using another phone, my husband overheard this hostile employee in the background and learned she was training Cassie—a horrifying reflection of the company’s training practices. The only decent interaction came from Alicia (or Alisha) from Valley Transport, who was polite and professional. However, her assistance came too late. This experience exposed severe incompetence and a disturbing lack of professionalism. I’ve ensured my Medicare provider will never use this company again. For anyone considering their services, be warned: this company is a mess, and their service is utterly unacceptable.
