ASAP Rocks! Mark went out of his way to accommodate me after dealing with another shipping company that kept giving me the run around. I had dealt with this other company for over a week and half with them refusing to work with me on a 24 hour notice prior to vehicle pickup (due to the seller). They would call me and say "Hey, we've got a driver that will pick the vehicle up in 2 hours!". Um, hello, I said the vehicle seller needs 24 hour notice because of his work schedule. This happened twice then they started ghosting me. Decided to give ASAP Auto Transportation a call. Didn't answer at first, but Mark called me right back. He took care of the situation, actually made sure we had 24 hour notice, and I had my vehicle in 2 days. AWESOME! Easy to deal with. Felt like I was dealing with an honest friend.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mark over at ASAP Auto. He was always available to answer my calls and made sure every thing went smooth. My car was picked up on time, delivered in perfect shape, and the driver was super nice. Delivery was easy and fast. Definitely earned 5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely be referring anyone I know who needs to ship a car to ASAP Auto. Thanks a bunch!

Highly recommend this company. Shipping a 1965 Mustang from FL to CA; had a booking with a large national company 2 weeks prior to scheduled pick up. Pick up day came and went with no contact... left multiple messages/emails with no return calls or communication, I kept calling and after many attempts got a person who told me that dispatch had not yet found a transporter- lots of cars leaving FL?? And you aren't going to call me and discuss or let me know? Looked online for other options and called ASAP Auto Transportation because of positive reviews from others. Mark not only called me back immediately after I sent an inquiry at 9pm but followed up with me first thing the following morning and had my car picked up by afternoon. Excellent communication throughout the process to let me know what was happening. Cost comparable to the other transporter and customer service was no comparison. HIGHLY RECOMMEND>. If anything happens to change my feelings (car not yet delivered ) will be sure to update this review.

Mark is a true professional....... I have dealt with different transport companies with always disappointing results but the first day that I spoke with ASAP (Mark) I knew I can rely on him. Great communication and will call or email me each step of his progress. I bought a Range Rover from California for my VIP client and the next day I had to travel to GHANA for an important trip so I reached out to Mark and he assured me that he’ll arrange for the vehicle to be towed to my shipping yard in Virginia (Yeab very long distance). I called Mark as soon as I arrived in GHANA and he told me not to worry and that he’ll make sure the vehicle is delivered so I made payment plans with my wife to pay the driver and exchange numbers between Mark and my wife. Within few days, the vehicle was delivered and my wife attested to the fact that Mark was the best individual that she’s ever dealt with because he’s very patient and always available to respond to her questions. I’ll continue to work with ASAP because they are absolutely awesome and reliable and I’ll recommend him to all my Future clients

Mark with ASAP Auto Transportation is extremely unprofessional. My company delivered a load for him and still haven’t received our payment. He said he mailed a check and then has completely ghosted us. He used extremely foul language when communicating. Do NOT use this company! Take your business elsewhere with a legitimate company who will respect you and your company!
