We have used All American Movers since 2014 for both storage and moving. JR has usually been our contact, but their team members have all been professional. From initial packing of household items in 2014 to 10 years in storage, we have been pleased with care of all items. Our recent move and unloading of those items to our new home went smoothly…particularly two big items with the help of our elevator. Special mention to Roger and Enrique who handled the actual move in brilliantly.

They are not movers just brokers who hire the cheapest people they can find like Meta Van lines who rent U haul trucks to haul your hold hold goods. Robert who's a salesman is the king of b/s who disappears once the transactions is complete. As you can see from my photos the damaged Meta Van Lines caused, packing tape used my TV and crushed Plastic Bin and damaged speakers. Stay away from this Company, please !!!!!

Very good communication between the crew manager and myself, and they were friendly. The rest was awful. They appeared competent at first, but upon inspection a lot of my boxes marked “fragile” in huge red letters were smashed, some of my furniture broken or damaged, and the initial price I was quoted was only about 1/4 what I ended up paying. Will never use them again.

My mom has used this company several times in the past without issue. They are easy to book and friendly enough over the phone. Their pricing seems pretty standard - which is 2X the hourly rate for commute time. The first red flag was that I had to call them the day before to confirm the appointment. During this conversation I had a lot of questions for them but oddly they had none for me. The next day they arrived 1.5 hours late and immediately informed me that I was 3 hours into my allotted 6 hour booking. I was also informed by the driver that trucks cannot drive on the 110 in a manner that suggested that I should have let him know (I was left wondering, don't they plan these routes ahead of time?) My honest assessment was that he was wasn't super motivated to work. The driver also complained that it was a long walk to park in back of the unit and the city would not allow him to double park on the street in front (long walk? Isn't he a mover?) I was able to persuade him to try and park in the back. Unfortunately the truck was too large. These are all situations that could have been avoided if they had asked a few questions. I am not the expert, ostensibly they are! The end result was that they cancelled the job and left without even an apology.

All American Movers are awesome. Put half my stuff in storage and wrapped and sealed everything. 2nd move included taking out of storage another home and then everything was taken 50 miles away. They took my bed apart and put it together, took my garden shed apart and reassembled it onsite, and finally unhooked the washer and dryer and hooked them up in my new house. Excellent job - 4 movers and 2 trucks Will definately recommend.
