Of the three movers this company sent to move me - all of my items were neatly boxed and arranged, ready to go, 2 of the movers were actively high out of their minds on drugs. Only 1 of the moves was a good mover. They literally stolen my furniture and expensive items and in total broke/damaged well over $12,000 worth of furniture. While liable, their "management" team Leo and Rene took accountability for nothing. One of the movers proceeded to repeated call and text to threaten me months after the move for reporting this issue to their management team. In addition to the threats, the damaged high end furniture and the thefts, the movers and their dispatch proceeded to change my card for the same mover about five times. Thankfully, this tipped off my bank and my bank's security application flagged the charge. Not only is this company not good, but it is extremely unsafe. Stay away. Far away.

Do not hire. If you call & speak to a man named Rodney, hang up and call anywhere else!! While he sounded so kind & accommodating while booking my service, when the time came for my move it was an entirely different experience. Movers were due to arrive at 1pm - I made this timing clear when I booked AND when I called the day before to confirm my move. My building has set times for the elevator, which I informed All My Sons of - no moves past 4.30pm. So believe my surprise & frustration when the movers didnt show up until 4:45!!!! My partner and I moved half of the items ourselves because we expected them to be complete no shows. Rodney offered no compensation, no apology, no nothing. Just told me it was my “building to blame” for the time limit, not their poor coordination and service. Strongly advise no one book this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

HORRIBLE experience with this moving company. They took FAR too long, milked the clock to overcharge me. Besides that, they damaged my furniture, a $5000 couch from Modani as well as a $2500 bed from West Elm and took NO accountability for it. The 2 movers I got, 1 of them did absolutely nothing. It was a nightmare and hot mess to deal with this company. The management is horrible. They do not back their customers, I’m pregnant and really needed this help and they scammed us and damaged our things. I have nothing good to say about them. Just HORRIBLE.

I wish I had listened to other reviews before booking this horrific company. Everything sounded great over the phone until the team arrived. So unorganized, it took twice as long to move out as it took to move in with a different company, which makes sense considering they’re paid by the hour. My two most expensive pieces went missing during the move, and management neglected to return my phone calls and refused to do anything about it. Please save yourself the money and headache, there are plenty of other better moving companies in South Florida!

So many issues. The sales rep told me it was $149 per hour, one hour minimum. No additional fees unless extra materials or supplies are used. They made a mistake and accidentally sent three men which I only ordered two, they did rectify that for me to reflect the correct pricing. However, there was $160 fuel surcharge, which was never communicated to me which I don’t even understand how it could possibly be that much. I’ve never paid that much with any other company for one bedroom to move to another a one bedroom. Even though there were three guys, one of them was very elderly and nothing against him, but he should definitely consider retiring because he was not very helpful in the actual moving process. Additionally, I asked them several times to place things in certain rooms and they did not understand me because they don’t speak English. I also asked several times not to stack my boxes 4 to 5 boxes high, as I am hiring them and paying them to move me in, I do not want additional labor to have to try to carry boxes down from a high height as a petite woman . They only moved two boxes for me and then left. I don’t even understand how this cost $1000… this was outrageous for what was being moved. I would say never go with this company again, but all moving companies are shady and this is how they get you, they use their sales reps to persuade you and give you misleading information. When I spoke with a manager, he said that he trumps everything, but he never explained any of these additional charges when I had spoken to him on the phone prior. Candid up, just giving me attitude and told me that I wanted to hear what I wanted to hear, and I went with the narrative of the sales lady. If your sales reps are quoting people and giving them amounts that would be the possible highest, of course I’m going to stick with that. That’s what I was told and that’s what I was sold on, that’s why I went with your company. Disgusting behavior again of course I’ll probably be labeled as a Karen but again this is just shady Miami business . I’m sure if I used all my sons in Michigan. It would be a very different experience. Honestly, it would be better just hiring some friends and getting U-Haul, it’s a longer process, but I can’t stand the shadiness of these grimy moving companies. All of them are disgusting.
