Him and his team were great to work with and did a great job with our move. The estimate was fair and not under-valued, like has happened in the past with other moving companies. I knew exactly how much I would be expected to pay and there were no surprises on moving day. The team did a great job moving everything and were very kind and courteous. They worked hard and helped us out whenever we needed it. I would definitely recommend and would use them again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. They told me that my move would be shared with one family and delivered within 3 days of pickup. They proceeded to send movers that were a completely different moving company than Allegiance and turns out this company was operating ILLEGALLY (They did not have an active authorization from the department of transportation) and I should have called the cops on them but instead I simply turned them away and I told Allegiance I want my money back -- they are untrustworthy and lied about literally every part of my move. The company that they sent also DOUBLED my quote the day of -- which is illegal and was supposed to happen 72 hours before they showed up to move my stuff. That did not happen. They not only scammed me out of $1300 that I am still fighting to get back, but they lied about the entire premise that I booked my move on. They are complete slime balls and need to be shut down. My stuff was about to be put into a storage unit and would have MAYBE gotten to me (broken) in a month from the horror stories I read about the movers they tried to send to move my stuff. I will be making sure my story is posted on every review site possible and am filing with the attorney general of Florida. You are WAY better off renting a U-haul and moving your stuff yourselves, trust me!!

I was nervous about which company I should hire for a move but I'm glad I found the right one. They arrived on time and the guys were ready to work. They even finished earlier than I expected can't be more grateful for the 5 star service they provided. They definitely earned my business for future moves.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Do not recommend. The customer service team neglected any responsibility for coordinating the movers or the damage to my items. My moving estimate was also doubled from the initial estimate I received to what I was actually charged on site. The original quote I received was approximately $2000, and was billed the day of the move for approximately $5000. Went over the phone. I was insured that the quote I received was worst case. I live in a one bedroom one bath apartment, where this steep of a moving charge is not justified. This is the most unprofessional moving company I’ve ever worked with, and experienced damages worth over $4000 throughout the moving process. The movers assigned to my job were very unprepared and inexperienced. The movers also did not show up with the proper materials, which required me to make multiple Home Depot and Lowe’s runs to grab items such as boxes, packing paper, and tape, which they should have been prepared to come supplied with. My items were carelessly thrown into boxes, without proper care, or packaging. The movers damaged the floors and walls in my apartment upon move out and move in. Multiple pieces of furniture were broken with legs snapped off my dresser, my piano stand broken, along with damages to my nightstand, kitchen table, and bent desk frame. Customer service required multiple phone calls and messages to even receive a call back. Highly recommend using a different moving company at all costs.

DO NOT hire this broker. This was most unprofessional & terrible business relationship choice ever. I relocated for work from East to West coast. Allegiance was diligent when trying to gain my business . I moved from East to west coast for work & After booking I was advised it would be 10-12 days before my order could be delivered . I was advised to provide a date 10-12 days before I actually I wanted it to be delivered which, I did. Well this was completely false the date I provided was the date Allegiance, the broker assigns the carrier. Once that was done my items sat in a warehouse for 2 1/2 weeks. I contacted allegiance the broker to let them know the s that as I was promised a 10-12 day delivery date. It was apparent that was not going to happen. I pleaded with the staff being as though I relocated for work and I needed my belongings and I didn't even have anything where I could do anything. I spoke even with the owner and she was so unprofessional and rude and tried to hang up on me several times and all I was doing was acquiring about my order. I let her know. I reinterated That I had relocated for work and my scheduled start date was July 8. After my order was dispatched and I followed up with allegiant so many times ultimately gave me the number to the carrier that would be shipping my items but it took me three days to get in touch with anyone. All the phone does is ringing ringing ring. Once I finally got To speak with someone all I received was broken promises. my items sat in the warehouse for over 2 1/2 weeks. I had to start work without any of my belongings. It created a discord for me to start work. I was able to speak with the owner when I spoke to her and expressed my disdain again, she decided to play a victim, and then ultimately text me a picture of a broken leg, siding citing. The most egregious thing that occurred when I spoke to the owner was she tried to mock me saying girl and I asked her what did that mean? She said nothing & that she was dealing with a lot as well. I pleaded with them the importance of me receiving my items. I received a lot of back-and-forth and it ultimately made it to the 30 day mark. Which it was strategic a clause And very fine print in the lease that's very fine print. the 10 to 12 days was just to gain my business. the runaround continued. they said they had other deliveries . then there was a DOT regulations stating they couldn't pull off until the semi truck was full, but no one had told me that this was condition for my items to be shipped. I had no education on what DOT laws and structures . Finally I was contacted by the shipping representative and on a Tuesday. I believe State she will follow up with me on Thursday to let me know actually when it will be delivered, ant it's projected to be that Saturday or Sunday. Well let yet again there was another holdup to delay my delivery. Even more bizarre they try to. attempt to see if I could have everything moved in on a Saturday night at 10 PM which was not possible I live in a high-rise and the loading deck is not open outside of hours. They came on the next business day. the day of the move was terrible. The people that delivered my items they did not speak English and the one only way I could communicate with them was the Google translate as everything was being unpacked and loaded. It was several times if they loaded things off the truck that were not mine. I ultimately had items missing. They had damaged a lot of my furniture, my bed, as well as a media console. My bed they decided to use some type of brown tape. They left a residue on my upholstery that is hard to remove. They left the legs on my media console and ended up breaking off the wood at the bottom, I had broken glass. I had items missing items as well They were brand new and they were quite pricey items so the insurance they had given me was significantly lower than what the items cost. I did have filed dispute and I'm on the process of that now.
