Same experience as other reviews. Waited since 10am at my business, it is now 1:38pm. Confirmed delivery between 10 & 1, responded YES to IKEA text to confirm delivery. No one came to deliver, been on hold with Ikea for an hour while they attempt to reach the delivery company/drivers. IKEA said they won’t be able to deliver today and they probably won’t reach anyone at the delivery company. I have paid contractors scheduled today and tomorrow to install the cabinets before we are open again for business Tuesday. No accountability. Absolutely horrible experience!

Horrible customer service. If I could give NO STARS, I would. I rescheduled my delivery date and time via phone and an IKEA representative gladly helped me. She completed paperwork, communicated with North America Logistics (NAL) and confirmed that my order will be delivered after 5pm. However, NAL still delivered my ordered in the morning where no one was home to take my order. Another IKEA rep called me to notify me that the delivery guys are at my apartment so I explained all the reschedule coordination we did prior and asked if she could reschedule me for the second time. She then started raising her voice saying it's not possible then hung up on me. I'm pretty sure they will charge me extra on top of the $49 delivery fee since my order was not "delivered" when I did all the necessary coordination to prevent this from happening. Save your money, effort, and energy and don't do any business related to this company.

Sounds like most reviews here are similar to mine. The driver was extremely rude and REFUSED to delivery my IKEA dresser. I tried to give him the missing information he needed for my delivery and told me I was being rude and hung up on me. The information was on my original order so I'm not sure why NAL didn't have it. I have reported this driver to NAL and IKEA. I really dont' understand why IKEA would continue to use a company with such poor feedback. I would not use this company by choice.

Delivery person left the Ikea pallet of items on top of my plants in the front yard and refused to deliver to the front door (about 15 feet away) despite what was promised in the delivery fee ('front door delivery'). When I mentioned this and took a quick photo of his trucking company name on the side of the truck (since it's a sub contractor) he got visibly angry and aggressively started taking photos of me and the inside of my house. Unsafe and scary experience. Ikea needs a better logistics sub contractor in the area.

Horrible Ikea delivery. I live in an apartment on the 5th floor. Driver said company Covid policy was to drop stuff off in building lobby, not at my door. 10 pieces totaling over 500lbs. Driver was rude. We saw a UPS guy coming out of my apartment. I said "see...he's there delivering packages to apartments every day". The driver's response was "well, he's a player". Rude, not willing to be helpful, lousy communication, awful company policy. Will never get Ikea delivery again.
