I used their services twice and each time the level of customer service and communication was exceptional! The Anchor Express group helped me to organize shipments of goods from Europe. I was continuously getting updates regarding status of my shipments. Any question I asked was always answered in depth and detail and each member of the team made me feel like my shipment is their priority. I can't recommend them enough and I'll be definitely using their services in the future!

This load made it to me through two brokers and each is taking his cut. I drove three hours to Conyers, GA and two more to load the equipment but it doesn't look safe to me with those two long pieces along the trailer. The rest of the stuff could be secured more or less safely but the middle crate(the one with a bunch of boxes. Inside the boxes are computers and manipulators, this being high end CNC equipment) can't be strapped over the top without damaging the computers inside or if you strap it loosely it won't hold the crate when you slam the brakes and it will crash into the three blue things stacked over each other. Strapping that crate through the bottom is impossible because it's full of boxes and the two long pieces along the trailer are in the way. Long story short: they're paying almost three dollars a mile but I'm not the first driver that wasted his day and ended up refusing this load because the two long pieces need to go on a separate truck. If these brokers were doing their job they would hire a semi for all of the equipment and would pay a few hundred for a pick up truck to "partial" the two long pieces. Instead they're relying on the fact that this is Labor Day weekend and eventually they will find a driver that will he desperate enough to take this load. Like me today: I wasted five hours, fuel and now I either risk my equipment and my life and the life of others or I tell them to unload it and I am stuck in ATL area.

It has been nearly 3 months since i heard from Anchor Express regarding my claim. They are not professional and top management does not give a dam about there cliebts i would highly recommend that you do not use them. I have sent numerous emails requesting proof from your company with regards to emails sent to Fedex. But you never responded to any. And when I phoned fedex i get told they never received any package. When you dont responded to emails it make people think you hiding something, I need someone to take responsibility for the loss of these titles. And if Fedex is responsibility, I need proof that they are. Until then I can only hold your company responsible. There was alot of money out laid for duplicate titles. Please do not do business with them as they lose customers titles by placing in Dropbox and tracking states label created. Then not taking responsibility for it cost customers a lot of issues and extra costs. And then they don't bother responding to emails so unprofessional.
