Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this moving company. They charged a large amount of money to do only about 1/2 the work. These are the items left behind that they refused to move. They have my stuff stacked incorrectly and it is getting crushed and damaged due to their negligence. I tried to have a conversation with a supervisor in BR about this but he refused to take accountability for the poor job that his movers did and told me, “Call the police on us. We will cooperate. We are not responsible for any thing ‘left behind’.” They were the ones who LEFT IT BEHIND SO YES YOU ARE THE SOLE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT WAS LEFT BEHIND! You all will be getting sued as well because an expensive bag came up missing in YOUR MOVER’S CARE SO YOU ARE MOST DEFINITELY RESPONSIBLE! I DO NOT CARE HOW MUCH YOU TRY TO DISPLACE THE BLAME. YOU ALL ARE ABSOLUTELY RESPONSIBLE. NO ONE PACKED ANYTHING BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR PACKING. YOU ALL DID NOT PERFORM THAT SERVICE AND WILL NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES YOU DID NOT PERFORM!!

The movers associated with the Baton Rouge area are absolutely awful and should not be in business. Firstly, they decided they wanted to come in the morning instead of the afternoon, even though I explicitly told them to come in the afternoon. They then caused so much damage to the loading and unloading locations (see pictures below) and what should have been a 4 to 5 hour move ended up being a 6 hour move. The two movers were absolutely incompetent and should be let go from their jobs because of how much they sucked. They both struggled in lifting furniture that was not even that heavy. Both of them also took long breaks in between each piece of furniture - I noticed them pausing in between loading each piece. One of them was unscrewing my bed using a screwdriver instead of using an automated tool to easily do that task within a few minutes. They also didn't realize that they left the screws behind at the unloading location and were blaming us for not carrying those screws with us - very unprofessional! Also, they were demanding payment before unloading the furniture otherwise they probably would have held the furniture hostage. Additionally, the claim amount I received is nowhere near what I ended up paying for the damage that these clowns caused. It was approximately one third. Absolutely unsatisfactory, given the amount of damage and effort loss incurred. By the way, the responses to these reviews are most likely AI generated. If you call that number, no one will pick up and if you write to that email, no one will respond to you. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Here's a suggestion - instead of "All my sons" maybe the company should rebrand their name to "All my scams". I think that is a much more fitting name to give this company after my experience.

A warning to all, do not use All My Sons Moving & Storage. Terrible terrible service. TLDR, they mis-scheduled our service, tried to raise our rates after rescheduling, bumped the reschedule the day before, then damaged our biggest priority item and DOUBLED our original estimate anyway. First, they incorrectly scheduled our moving date (despite communicating several times over the phone and in explicit text), and then canceled it without reaching out. When we did call to reschedule, they tried to book us for a higher labor rate than our original date until I called their corporate line. Then they called us the day before the rescheduled move to bump our service from the early morning time slot that had been agreed upon, forcing us to delay the move by another day due to a conflict. All this after already taking our $100 deposit. Then the movers tried to tack on extra labor time and still managed to damage the piano despite that stated specialty being the whole reason we booked this company in the first place. And finally, the service ended up being nearly double the "estimate" because that supposedly didn't actually estimate the cost of our specific service and instead reflected a generic minimum 2 hours labor given to all customers (despite giving them all the information needed for our move up front and being told the estimate represented a reasonable time frame to complete it, apparently we were supposed to separately arrange a specific video call with an "estimator" in order to get an assessment that isn't off by 75%). Worse still, I was forced to sign a form and give them my credit card without a chance to review as they were holding my furniture hostage on the truck at the destination and wouldn't unload until I did so. Absolute trash company, worst customer service I've ever seen. Avoid like the plague.

Carlos, Oliver and Q made the stressful moving experience an enjoyable one. They were respectful,, professional and caring. The loss of one star is for the office team. They were the opposite. Had I not already paid the deposit, I would have cancelled. The move was 25% more than it was when I moved to Louisiana 10 months earlier as well. I’m glad I got to meet the moving guys though. They really are an asset to their company.

Christopher Hunter and his crew did an exceptional job packing up our business and moving us. They were extremely polite, professional and delivered all furniture, equipment and accessories without a scratch on it. They both broke down and reassembled all of the furnishings perfectly. We could not be more pleased and will absolutely use them again in the future!
