Learn from my mistakes and DO NOT HIRE! When I first was in contact with BLVD moving they were so helpful and were always available to answer questions in preparation for my Atlanta to Massachusetts move. Everything began falling apart at the pick-up. The movers themselves were great and very professional, but there were hidden fees that cost me around an additional $300. This included a $75 elevator use fee which I had never encountered before as well as a $20 fee per mirror box for glass table tops which I was not warned of, even when I had informed my coordinator of the glass table. The movers indicated that the office is supposed to inform customers of these fees but often they arrive and the customers are as shocked and taken aback as I was. My experience only worsened after pick up. Dispatch could not give me any estimate as to when my shipment would be delivered for three weeks and when they were finally able to deliver I was given around 72 hours notice. Boxes were delivered with massive holes causing irreparable dishwater to be broken. Furniture was bent requiring the delivery people to physically bend my metal table base back into shape. Upon requesting from several people that management call me to discuss my dissatisfaction it was radio silence. Finally I got in touch with someone who pointed me towards their external claim department. A month after trying to create a case file to file my claim I have yet to be able to do so. This has been my worst moving experience, do not use.

John & Rocky were the best movers ! They were so helpful and such hard workers.They went above and beyond to make us happy with the placement of furniture and took consideration of where to place our boxes for our convenience.They even placed furniture protectors for our floors and anchored our bookcase for safely. Good men!! We highly recommend them!!

So fast and friendly. They even set up your furniture for you!! Jon and Rocky did an amazing job. I refer them to all my clients making moves out of state.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!! 1. Took 40 days to get daughter’s household moved from California to Connecticut. One postponement after another. Misled me at all times. Originally told me that they would get items in about tens day. Kept my stuff in their storage warehouse for approximately 3 weeks! 2 Broke my $450 45 inch TV in transport. Screen all cracked. Reimbursement is 25 CENTS PER POUND. That is approximately $12. Criminal 3. Broke my antique table that’s over 100 years old. The driver GLUED the leg back on himself!!! Looks horrible. I’ll need to have table professionally repaired. Probably cost around $200. Their reimburse is approximately $15 !!!!! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

John and Rocky were kind, professional, and very hardworking. I was also impressed with their communication leading up to and during the move. John even went out of his way to add sliders onto our massive bed frame so we could move it easily in the future. I would highly recommend this company for your next move!
