Our experience was awful, and I’m disgusted by the lack of customer service and the disrespectful attitude of Shelly. It was a military move across the country, there were two shipments. FIRST SHIPMENT: when they showed up, one of the movers asked me to put my dogs outside or in the garage because they were barking in their crate in a room the movers were not even going into. This was in November, and it was really cold, so of course I said no. He angrily stormed out and didn’t speak to me the rest of the move. After they left, the top of our dining table fell down when we leaned on it because they never attached it to the base. Our headboard was not attached to the bed - they pressed it up against the wall so it looks attached. The legs of our patio table with a glass top were also not secured with hardware. They scratched our antique phonograph. The worst part was a deep, long scratch in our freshly refinished hardwood floors. The scratch goes from our master, through the hallway, into the guest room. We immediately noticed the scratch in the hallway, but they hid the rest with boxes. During the move, I asked them several times if they will use floor protection, and they told me it wasn’t necessary because they know what they’re doing. My husband is a disabled veteran, and I work full-time. It took us some time to unpack, and schedule a visit from a flooring specialist who evaluated the damage and gave us a quote. Because the scratch is so deep and stretches out throughout the entire upstairs, he couldn’t just repair the damaged boards, and he estimated that it’ll cost 3k to refinish the whole area. We will also have to move out for a week, and get all our furniture out. After we submitted our claim with the 3k quote (we didn’t even ask for move out and lodging costs), Shelly wrote us an extremely rude email. Shelly said it’s our fault that we’re in this situation because we should have refinished the floors before we fully moved in and unpacked. This is ridiculous because the damage was caused by HER MOVERS MOVING FURNITURE AND BOXES IN. She also said that the scratch was likely caused by us and not her driver who “did a walkthrough and would’ve noticed.” SECOND SHIPMENT: every single item came damaged or completely broken: broken shoe rack, ripped sofa, and a new massage chair that was BROKEN IN HALF. I’m extremely disappointed and quite frankly angry about this situation.

Military move. On pack out, movers hit a sprinkler and flooded our house and things. Sent to water remediation and luckily claimed fault immediately. Picked up from facility by the driver David stating all items received, upon delivery missing bottom half of couch, an outdoor Adirondack chair, large tv entertainment stand, and who knows what else within boxes. Sent movers home after truck unloaded even though full unpacking was requested and is an entitlement. Not company’s fault on that one but the bully of a driver who just wanted to get to his next drop off.

This has been a move from hell thank you this company. We are military and our move was contracted to them. Upon receiving our items things were thrown into the crates without a care. Furniture wa son top of our flat screen, our dryer was dented, two bed sets were completely shattered and unable to be used. Our sons entire nursery is missing. Our items weren't shipped together so we received 2 separate shipments a month apart and we're still missing a significant amount of stuff. Our dining room table, my husbands gaming computer and set up, my husbands desk, all of my husbands military gear, all of my shoes ranging from converse, act boots, volleyball shoes, heels, uggs, etc. are all missing, a giant tub of baby clothes are missing ranging from newborn to 2T. My kitchen aid stand mixer is missing. Our dressers are beat up. Our dryer is damaged and so scratched up as if it was dragged. Our couch is broken. Gallery walls are missing. My oldest sons baby book and entire first year of memories are gone. Our last delivery was in mid June. It is now September and every time we call back no one seems to know where our things are. It doesn't feel like they're even looking because how do gigantic crates of things go missing so much more is gone and it's been absolutely depressing. This was supposed to be a new start for my family in a new location and our baby. Instead dots been constant phone calls, emails, and texts to people of this company with no results. I'm so sad. My 5 month old sons is growing out of his bassinet and has no where to sleep due to them losing it. If you can avoid this company please do.A friend who worked here says that they steal things consistently. They are not to be trusted at all. If I could give less stars they'd have none. DO NOT trust this company with your important things or anything that's important to you. Look somewhere else and good luck!

Not impressed. Luckily it was a military move, so it’s not out of my pocket, but I’m making this review for those who will be considering using this company on their own dime. I attempted to file a claim for damages, the lady I spoke with was very condescending when she called me. Basically, saying the fact that it took me a little over a week to respond to a claim email, when I’m in the middle of moving my entire life across country, means that claim doesn’t seem very honest. I sent a picture of the damages about five minutes after the mover left to him. Obviously they say they didn’t do it. And when the claim lady Shelly spoke to me, she was already speaking to me before even asking me questions as if I was trying to scam the company? It was a minimal paint job, at best. And then she said “you do know we’re not giving you the money, it’d go to the damages.” OBVIOUSLY. I don’t want your money, I just don’t want to pay for damages YOUR movers caused to my rental unit. They also didn’t have actual movers, I was told they just hire random people from a Facebook page. Makes sense as to why they’re accountability is skewed, since they don’t even have accredited workers.
