Really bad for the military. If you are PCSing and the base hired Coastal Moving for your packing. Call transportation and see if they can have a different company available to move your HHG. They are lazy in their packing methods for example, packing your stuff you set aside and said not to touch or just throwing all your glasses and plates loosely together in a box. If they do have to pack your HHG watch the workers closely and tell them what you want packed and how. The Company does have some good workers like any, but they are a dime a dozen. Be careful with valuables with this company take them you.

Absolute worst service I have ever had the displeasure of using. They were 2 hours late picking up and dropping off and had the rudest staff I have ever been stuck speaking to. When they dropped off we had been stuck waiting around for hours and they showed up with 0 call or notice. Staff is incompetent and will disrespect you as soon as they’re slightly inconvenienced by their horribly run organization. NEVER USE THEM!!

Agent was open on time and had me in at the scheduled time. Labor was in uniform and took instruction and communicated well. Thanks,Art

Negative reviews if I could.First off, I agree with all the negative reviews..Phil, May 28th, Brent Barbee etc..this company is trash and treated all of our belongings like trash. They were professional. But trash. Broke most of all our furniture, placed them in the rooms in a very weird way..we couldn't even access our guest room because they literally placed night stands and dressers in the doorway..dumped our bed linen on top of the bed and then our large tv on top of it. Beds and furniture were placed away from the wall and just placed all over the rooms in an insensible way. Clothes were dumped on floors, large boxes placed in rooms where they don't belong and left there...other items dumped all over our livingroom furniture so our kids had no where to sit for awhile until we could sort through it. Our king bed was not screwed together and creaks and shakes like it will fall apart..missing base of the bed on top of other damages..other large furniture (TV stands, computer desks, etc) are very wobbly and can't hold anything. They lost the bases to all of our televisions and even our space heaters! Put very deep grooves in the walls. Broke items of sentimental value. I agree with one review that we should have just hired the trash pickup instead. We probably would have had more care. I could go on as well. They also need to learn to be more punctual. I realize this is what they do for a living but leaving your mark like this in people's lives is atrocious and should be an embarrassment..especially if you have done this for years. Why are yall still in business? Someone must have not reported to the appropriate personnel. If you're punctual, you don't have to rush and break up stuff that people worked hard to buy. Ridiculous.
