The collective IQ of this company is between 10 and 12. Today they delivered a large pallet. Mind you, we never received a tracking number, an email confirmation, a phone call or even a text to say that the package was going to be delivered. But wait, the best has yet to come. A driver came around 11:45 AM and unloaded the package. We were home, but he didn't ring the door bell. Instead, he just dumped the gargantuan pallet right in front of the garage and left. When my wife later had to go out, she found out that her car was stuck inside the garage. Only a few hours later, when a friend came with a forklift, were we able to unblock the passage. Now tell me how much intelligence you need to be able to figure out that a) you should ring the door bell OR b) you should not unload a huge pallet like that right in front of a garage door. You don't even need to do a) and b) at the same time. Please inundate this useless company with as many bad reviews as you can. And please ask whoever you order stuff from to not use them, otherwise you won't do business with them

Trash company. I talked to Carlos on 3 occasions to reschedule my drop off window. They showed up 3 hours early for each drop off window. Me and my wife both work so they gave me a window that would work with with our schedule, but still showed up early and said oh well we have to reschedule and that they had no idea even though I was promised a window. I even kept saying “write this time down and tell everybody do not show up before this time”. They still showed up hours early. Then the final time they say “we got approved to make a special drop off between 430-6 to make sure that you get your package (mattress)” then they show up at 1230. Make it make sense. Trash company. Great customer service though they always answered the phone and made me promises and told me what I wanted to hear even though they couldn’t “deliver “ on the promises

3 hours after the delivery window I had still heard nothing. No update. When I finally called the shipping number they told me the driver would be there in 30 minutes. I argued with them that I had to be somewhere and couldn't they come when I got hoke, and they said they could reschedule to the following Monday. I said I would wait but 45 minutes later they are still not here. Terrible service. I'm extremely irritated.

I can't speak on how business delivery is handled, but getting one order delivered to a residential address from this company has been the absolute worst delivery experience I have ever gone through. My first delivery was scheduled for a 10am to 2pm delivery with a phone notification when they were 30 minutes from delivery. I clarified I would not be at my residence at the time as I would be at work but someone would be present to sign for it upon delivery. 2pm passes and no call has been made, I texted the person at home to see if anything happened and they said no one had shown up yet. I called the company around 4pm when I had some free time at work to see what was happening. I get redirected to their dispatch who said I was the driver's last delivery and he was running late on his deliveries. This is strike one as this tells me the route was poorly planned and already doomed from the start. When he got an update from the driver, he claimed that he would be an hour out from my delivery. On my drive home I received a call but no voicemail which I assumed was the 30 minute notice. When I arrived home there was still no sign of the driver and the person home said no one had come all day. I waited the rest of the night for any additional sign of the driver with nothing else happening. I call them the next morning and after being redirected three different times, I was told the driver claimed he was at my location but left due to no response. I reiterated to them that I clarified I would not be at my place of residence and I asked why no attempt to knock at the door was made, to which they had no response. The driver's ineptitude and laziness, and honesty which will be noted soon, is strike two on this delivery. After confirming my address for a second time, I rescheduled another delivery for later in the week. In the second attempt, the driver actually texts me saying my address couldn't be found on his GPS. When he arrives at my house, he shows me the delivery invoice which had the numbers on my address flipped around and the street name misspelled which is absolutely amazing since there is a shipping invoice on my package with my correct address clearly printed and in plain view. Strike three, hat trick of failure. Not only was the first driver a liar, their clerical department is also massively inept and incapable at basic reading and writing skills. To have a company of this size be this thrown by one residential delivery shows these are third-rate bargain bin amateurs with shiny toys and are not worth your money to go through for delivery.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I'm going on my 4th attempt at getting my delivering my package with no luck. I continue to get excuses at why they can't deliver. Rude staff, constantly hang up on me, I have 0 faith my package will ever make it to me!
