We are very happy with our moving experience with DeHaven's. They provided excellent customer service, communication, and support throughout the arrangements and the move. The team that moved my mom's house was incredible! They were like a well-oiled machine and the four of them loaded and unloaded very efficiently and carefully--even a piano. Nothing was damaged and they came in under time, so we even saved money. All around a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend DeHaven's!!

DeHaven's helped my wife and I move out of state. Tracy kept me up dated and followed up after the job was completed. Their team was organized and worked until the job was done. We had a storage facility full of boxes, with many fragile items as well as a house full of furniture and vintage items. Nothing was broken. Mirrors intact! The guys were congenial and hustled all day long for two days. Amazing!

I used this moving company to relocate from NC to FL. Tracey was great, she kept me informed each step of the way regarding pickup of my household goods until delivery. No complaints with office staff. The movers were polite however, they showed up totally unprepared with one small box for parts. I was charged for tv boxes and boxes for glass coffee tables and other fragile items. Yet, my property was not properly protected as blankets are not sufficient to protect fragile items. I have moved several times long distance and never have a moving company showed up with one box. As a result, my fragile lamps were damaged and other items as well. The movers removed the legs from my dining room table and placed hardware in a bag. Upon delivery, only some is the hardware taken off the table at pickup was put back on the table at delivery. I found the bag of hardware labeled “dining table” amongst my boxes in my kitchen as I unpacked. Why would there be extra parts left off a table that you took the hardware off! So my table was not reassembled properly and I have to pay someone to come and fix it. On top of it all, additional insurance pushed to over damage at sales. I submitted an insurance claim, adjuster came out within two weeks and it’s been three months and never heard from anyone!

All of my interactions with the two representatives of DeHaven's I dealt with were five star! They were prompt in answering my questions, provided all the details I needed about pickup and delivery, and helped me get the best price possible for my job. My delivery date in Massachusetts turned out to be July 5, which was a holiday for DeHaven's. The local mover making the delivery in MA was unable to find proof of my payment in his system, (which I was told was a problem with North American Van Lines' data entry). The mover was prohibited from unloading my belongings until proof of payment could be located. Although she was on vacation, I was able to get in touch with my sales rep at DeHaven's, who helped me troubleshoot the situation. Thankfully, it was resolved in short order. I really appreciate the level of customer service they provided.

DeHaven's handled our final move as I retire from the Army and this was the best move we've had in my 20 yr career! Every was careful and professional throughout the entire process from packing, to loading, to unloading. I couldn't be more pleased with how the move went and I highly recommend them.
