Overall, I wanted to book with this company for my upcoming wedding however; their customer service is TERRIBLE! I started emailing one of their customer service reps back in June for prices on their trolley for the day of my wedding. At first they were quick with responses however, after a few email exchanges the person I was speaking with did not reply. I initially followed up with them as I figured they were probably busy but, on 7/1 the customer service rep sent me an email stating “I would hear back from them with a booking link to secure booking by the end of that week/ early next week,” and it is 7/15 and I haven’t received any emails from them. I love that this company is woman owned and operated and I love supporting small/local businesses however, Dunn’s customer service hasn’t been ideal from my experience and I’m extremely disappointed. I wish I could have rented with them and been writing a review on how much I loved their trolley but unfortunately, I cannot. They initially did tell their servers were down but, if they cared about my business at all they would have sent the follow up email to touch base when they said they were going to not leave a potential customer hanging.

We used Dunn Transportation for our wedding and had a great experience. Dunn Transportation was recommended to us from our venue in Gilbert, Arizona and from our initial conversation through our wedding, the communication from Melissa was excellent! Melissa clearly explained the pricing and options and recommended the best option for our wedding. The pricing was clear, the booking process was easy, and everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. Dunn Transportation is extremely reliable and our guests didn't have any issues with shuttle timing/service. Dunn Transportation worked great with our wedding planner as well. We will definitely use Dunn Transportation in the future for our shuttle/trolley needs.

My wife and I used Dunn Transportation for our wedding transportation. We had guests shuttled from multiple hotels to our venue, and then back at the end of the night. The process from start to finish was flawless. From the beginning they answered our questions quickly and got us booked. I thought our day of timeline was a bit tight when I sent it over to Dunn, but the team made it all happen. Our driver was phenomenal and we could not have asked for a better experience. We will be recommending Dunn Transportation to our friends and family for any future transportation needs.

Our large golf group had an outstanding experience with Dunn Transportation. They were extremely professional and responsive from start to finish. It was easy to get an accurate quote and schedule transportation. Logistics day of was very straight forward and all communication came directly from the driver so it was timely and accurate. Our driver for both days was Lisa and she was top notch. She was early, assisted us in whatever we needed, and extremely professional. I would hire Dunn 10 out of 10 times.
