This place is very much so a major scam I had a feeling the very first day but because I needed transportation I avoided how I felt. I put down 2500 and then made two pick up payments of 750 on top of paying 300 for like 3 weeks to avoid being late because the lady at the front did not put in my payments to be made every two weeks from how I’m originally paid. She set me at 125 for every Saturday of the week, when I got the car June 29th I was pulled over because of a test drive tag where I discovered the car was not in the dealerships name but it was registered to an actual person. The officer told me it didn’t look right because they were still supposed to give a tag and that it shouldn’t have been in anyone else’s name. I had a water leak inside the car everytime it rained there was water coming through the sides, the floor panels and in the back seats from leaking above they also had cosmetic things missing off the car such as the driver sun visor, the passenger side rear view mirror and panels on the sides of the car. I was lenient with them because I’m a patient person July 5th the “big man” in charge Jeff Walter’s or whatever his real name is ensured that everything would be fine and fixed I explained to him about everything and he told me he would take care of me he knew my mom had cancer and she had doc appointments etc. and that I had kids. He put in the paperwork which was never delivered to me that he would fix everything wrong he had Jordan if that’s her real name to document it. I signed everything and i thought it would be done well the car never got fixed they then called me again on August 24th on a Saturday someone called me and asked if I had insurance and if my address was still the same and I told her yes she asked for me to have them send over a binder well the insurance company was closed so I had to wait until Monday. Monday I woke up to get ready to take my daughter to school and my mom to her doctors appointment and the car was gone. I called them and a guy answered and asked about insurance again I told him I had insurance and that I would get them to send it. At this point I knew they were scamming because when the lady sent it over they kept telling me management would call me back within an hour or before the day ended they did that for 3 days until I got tired of hearing the same thing and went there to retrieve my personal belongings they tried to give me a hard time but I came in peace and was not about to feed into the bs because I knew they were being shady so I called the police myself because the guy threatened to call because I told him I was not allowing him to bring me my things I wanted to be sure I got my things on my own. I have all receipts I have voice recordings of how they handled me and I have paperwork on everything. Even though I didn’t initially trust my gut feeling I still covered my own tracks with taking pictures of everything I filled out and things I communicated to them. When the police was being called the guy wanted to then communicate with a different tone and approach but I was silent because now it’s nothing else to talk about they use a guy that’s maybe security to scare ppl but naw I was calling the real police and the officer did inform us that they have been getting many complaints and that they were under investigation. I was not upset I just wanted my personal belongings I’m a firm believer in karma and you can’t go around taking from innocent hard working people and especially kids! These ppl knew my moms situation and I lost things in the process but I will not complain. I pray that everyone gets back what’s owed to them because a lot of ppl just sweep things under the rug but to take 5k from someone within a months time is insane. I could’ve went to another dealership but the scam is the young crowd because they are easy to draw in I should’ve known better because of advertisement but maybe God led me there for a reason however I don’t complain I just handle business. I’ve never given anything a bad review but they are crooked to say the least!

VERY HORRIBLE ! TOTALY A SCAM !! THESE PEOPLE SCAMMED ME OUT OF ALMOST 6K WITHIN 2 WEEKS ! SOLD ME A LEMON CAR WHICH AC WENT OUT THE SAME DAY , SOLD ME A CAR WITH NO ANTI FREEZE ! WILL STEAL YOUR PAPERWORK AND CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON IT !! WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST THIS COMPANY !! NEVER SEND OUT TAG INFORMATION !! ALL THEY DO IS RESET CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS , HAD MY CAR FOR A WHOLE WEEK IN THE SHOP , MADE ME PAY 725 dollars for repairs after A WEEK WITHIN GETTING THE CAR , STOLE MY PAPERWORK OUT OF MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT ! TOTALLY DONT RECOMMEND ! EVEN COBB COUNTY POLICE TOLD ME THEY ARE UNDER A BIG FRAUDLENT CASE RIGHT NOW , STAY AWAY FROM PLACES LIKE THESE ! MADE MY FIRST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR HORRIBLE RESPONSE TO COMMENT : I WAS 3 DAYS LATE ON 1 PAYMENT OF 125 DOLLARS AFTER JUST PAYING YOU GUYS 725 DOLLARS A WEEK AGO FOR THE CAR STILL TO BE MESSED UP WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS !! EVERYONE SAYS THE SAME THINGS ABOUT YOU GUYS! YOUR COMPANY IS A LIE AND A SCAM , YOUR MECHANIC WAS SMOKING & TRYING TO SELL CUSTOMERS DRUGS ! HOW DOES ONE MISSING PAYMENT THATS 3 DAYS LATE TURN INTO HAVING TO PAY THE FULL BALANCE WHICH IS 12K FOR A CAR WHICH BROKE DOWN 3 DAYS WITHIN ME HAVING IT ! TOTALLY DONT RECOMMEND

My biggest regret is coming here🙁 . I wish I just bought a car out cash. I came here to rebuild my credit, first things first. They rush you they don’t have already set prices on their vehicles they tell you after you’ve paid the down payment. A week after I got my car, the day I was scheduled to take my first payment my car wouldn’t start, they towed it, they have a spare key but made me bring mine for whatever reason said the spare wasn’t working but when I test drove the car both worked. They kept my car for 3-4 days and when I advised them that I just spent over $400 on transportation services they said they would reimburse me by lowering my remaining down payment. I gave them $500 when I picked the car up and TOLD THEM to push my next payment date back being that I’ve given them so much money within two weeks and had to pay more into something I wouldn’t have had to if my car didn’t stop working. They did not, instead they repoed my car THE SAME NIGHT the payment was due, I’ve been calling for two days to get my “pick up amount” they keep saying call back in 30 min call back in 10 min even saying I’ll have it before the business closed I still have yet to receive my pickup payment because I kept calling and they eventually told me call again tomorrow. This my experience not tryna reel nobody away,and they can’t say I haven’t been making the payments I just got the car March 4th. I’ve been very professional expecting the same in return but since I’m not then this is the most truthful review I’ve ever wrote cause I’m MAD!!!! I could’ve spent my money somewhere more professional but I tried supporting MY own kind and get the slap in the face after the money is in they hand. The cars over priced anyway probably only worth your down payment that’s why they don’t really care about towing it this nothin new to them. Don’t let that instagram page fool you either! Everything that shines…not gold.

I purchased a vehicle from this place and was completely robbed i don’t recommend anyone else to buy a car from these crooked people!! They must not have any idea how big of a deal this is too many bad reviews and I see why SMH! I put insurance on the vehicle I got from them after they took it and they never gave it back I spent 3,500 down and nothing left to show for but they will be investigated and shut down!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, personal experience!👎👎👎👎 0 stars ! 1 isn’t even deserved ! Engine was hot 1st week ! I spent over $800+ on repairs for this vehicle, that still isn’t functioning properly! April 2nd would make a month of having this vehicle I’ve already paid $4000 down payment and paid an additional $900 so far for a car note thts SUPPOSE TO BE DUE $500 a month ($196 a week with an pay up option due to having to make a trip up there each payment) I haven’t had the car a month, they have called me EVERY WEEK TELLING ME IM DUE SOMTHING, then when I correct them they make it seem like we were never on the same page and that I’m just being rude because I can’t afford my car note.which isn’t the case AT ALL, I feel like it’s because I’m a YOUNG HARD WORKING FEMALE THAT CAME BY MYSELF I’m being treated this way. ALSO BYRON is a weirdo frl ! NOT sure if he’s selling himself or the car… like a 2 fa 1 special! it’s really unprofessional. If you know you know “ask for byron” alright and he lied about the price of my car, the features I asked about, and also THE WARRANTY, talking about 1 year warranty, $8,000 CAR put 4 down nd just pay 4 off. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A COPY OF MY CONTRACT SEVERAL TIMES. HUNG UP IN MY FACE SEVERAL TIMES ! SAVE YOURSELF THIS STRESS ! Save yourself the money!!! Save yourself the PAPERWORK ! ( it took me 45 mins to file a claim with the business bureau)
