DO NOT USE. Booked with them accidentally through a 3rd party shyster van line Allegiance. Alligiance underbid the job by over $1,000. Handle with Care came to do the move and acted surprised and sorry that the job was gonna double but… they were there and I wasn’t so I had to let them move some but not even all of the things. I left some for the trash. My aunt was facilitating the move and I told her not to pay and not to sign anything. After a week of trying to contact both companies, Monique from Handle with Care called and shook me down for 70% of what was left of the payment. If you don’t pay they hold your things and begin to charge for storage. She is rude and nasty and will pass you to Eli (so called manager) who is impossible to talk to. He just screams and talks in circles. It’s all a scam and they have your stuff. I told them to keep it and then they threaten lawyers. I’m sure they have a seedy one. They demand you pay by certified check, personal check, wire transfer but no credit card so you can’t stop payment if they don’t come. They also tried to make me overnight the check. I didn’t. Also the checks are made to yet another company. Finally they made a plan to deliver our things. We waited all day calling and texting the driver for evidence and he never came. He called at 9pm all hostile with excuses and they all trip over their lies. He showed up the next morning 30 minutes late from second plan to meet. They had one guy to move big things. He had a load behind ours so he had to unload that first (see pictures). The load began to fall and someone’s boxes fell all over the place and he stacked on their footboard and mattress and their exercise bike fell out of the truck. THEN he acted like we would have to pay more than the last (cash only) payment bc he was having to walk too far and take an elevator to our storage space. We moved it to the actual space ourselves. He was a disaster and very unprofessional (Christian). He unloaded it all not using the ramp bc he blocked it with the other load spilling out of the truck. The home office called and we heard him explain how he couldn’t shake us down for more money. So we had a bid for $1733 and we paid $2700 - didn’t move all our things in the bid and they didn’t even make it here with all the items.

How ironic the name of this company is, it should read "Does ABSOLUTELY NOT Handle With Care"! I would give them a Negative 5+ rating if I had the option. This 3rd party carrier/movers was irresponsible, unresponsive and flat out "LIARS". They charged me an extra fee to have my furniture delivered express delivery guaranteed next day - that didn't happen took them 3 days. They damaged several pieces of furniture/tv. They never disassembled nor put furniture back together as stipulated in our agreement. Didn't have tools nor necessary equipment to move furniture. They dropped several pieces of furniture simply because they didn't know what they were doing. PATHETIC excuse for a company! They should NOT be in business!! Save yourself allot of headaches and anxiety and rent a truck and move it yourself if you could!!

Handle with Care arrived May 2th, by this time I was already at the state I moved to but had a coworker there to meet them, they got my furniture (they also broke my vanity mirror and left dents and scratches in my apartment wall but didn't feel like that was important to tell me. They also stole my ex-roommates TV) and then left saying they would be back at 11 pm to grab my boxes due to it starting to rain, they never showed up at 11 pm but instead called at 6 am the next day. On May 6th I got an invoice from Handle with care moving saying I suddenly owed $7,027.50 and that they wouldn't deliver my stuff until I paid this amount as per their invoice. An invoice they never gave me until 4 days after they got my stuff and which neither I nor my coworkers signed. One month later and they still refuse to bring me my stuff. So "definitely" hire them if you'd like to get your stuff broken, late, and at 3x the price you were quoted or if you appreciate being gaslighted and talked to as if you are a toddler.

DO NOT USE! I used Lincoln Logistics LLC to find a mover (also, don't use them!) and they chose this company. They broke two boxes while packing up my things. Also, Lincoln told me I'd be reimbursed for any remaining room in the truck but this company still charged me full price for 710cubic ft, but the mover made a point to show me how much room I had left over? Lincoln promised me delivery by June 1. It is now June 5 and I have yet to hear from this company. It's very much "hurry up and pay us" (and you can only pay via zelle, cash app, etc. not with a credit card which is wild!) I have called an emailed and NOTHING from them. Lincoln advised me today that my things will be "loaded" Monday the 10th with an estimated delivery of 3-4 days after that. This company has had my things since the 25th of May. I don't understand why it's taking so long for them to deliver my things??? And the lack of communication on their end unless, of course, they want my money and then they are VERY chatty. I can only imagine what else is in store for me as I await my things to be delivered. Update: i did not receive my things until July 21st! 48 days/33 business days later!! Most of it was broken and much of it was missing. I also received a box of someone else's things! Now to file a claim...which I'm sure will be as much of a nightmare as the rest of this process has been!

Three moving companies involved with moving my items from MN to east coast: North America Moving Experts (brokers), Handle with Care Moving and Storage, and We Care for you Moving Storage and Concierge services. All used unprofessional movers. Orginal estimation of move ($3200) turned out to be false as Handle with Care used bait and switch to get $2400 more to move items from MN to Kansas City. After they asked for more money they broke my door and have not been compensated. Items thrown into 18 wheeler two weeks later while in Kansas and moved to east coast, where they were thrown in storage. I never knew where my items were. I only learned this after they delivered to final destination. Did not see my items from 12/05-12/30/2022. Items heavily damaged, boxes opened and rifled through, boxes busted wide open, missing Epson printer and kitchen table with chairs. They don't take credit cards only cash. Suggest all past, present and future dissatisfied customers file a complaint with Florida Attorney General, Ashley Moody. I did.
