This company is great too work with. Always communicative and efficient. Extremely professinal, kind, and treated us with aloha. They unpacked us when we arrived to Kaneohe and greeted us with a pineapple (which we planted and just got another pineapple from). They did such a good job with the unpacking we requested them for packing up. Again very efficient and kind. Full house in three pretty short days. Management was also great to work with on an extra request we needed assistance with. Both movers and managers treated us like ohana, not just another job.

These guys are much better than U-Pack and you get much more for your money; pick up and delivery. They did loose one of our boxes, but gave us credit for that. It was convenient to have them come pack the items I hadn’t already packed, but they did use an incredible amount of paper, including to pack things that totally didn’t need it, such as towels and blankets. The shipping is very good, and I had no complaints when we did our own packing going to Maui.

Nino and Reymark did an outstanding job! They packed all of our belongings with care, and we appreciate so much the quality of their service! My family and I are so happy all our move was nice and smooth having these two folks! They were very polite, and attentive with packing things very well! Nino knew how to answer our questions, concerns, and found ways to help us, and with his skills, he definitely took that weight of stress off of us. Also, when they saw something that was important in our home goods, they brought it to my attention , and that is something that I really appreciate and loved of them! They worked hard and they both had a great work ethic! Thank you so much!!!

My experience was excellent. Royal Hawaiian staff was always responsive and courteous. The packers wear uniform, nice Aloha shirt, they are fast, considerate and was very careful with my properties. They were well trained and about business. My experience was like day and night compared to any other company I used lately and in almost 30 years. I am looking forward to receiving my property just like it left my home and treated in the same fashion by the company receiving end. Thank you

Gone is my love affair with Royal Hawaiian - where I previously sung their praises from the rafters, I just receive my shipment in Virginia and realized exactly how poorly they performed. When we left Hawaii, Royal Hawaiian had scheduled 4 days to perform our pack and load of ~10,000 pounds of HHG. On the evening of Day 1 they stated they were going to get us packed and loaded the next day (Day 2 of 4). We didn’t request this and asked them not to rush - we didn’t want our belongings damaged. They assured us it wasn’t an issue and would be done very easily. At 5 pm on Day 2 they still had significant work to do and surged an additional 3 people to complete the job - which at 9 pm they finally accomplished. The next day we found several oil spots on our driveway left by their moving truck - although they promised to correct this issue, they never did and left us in a lurch with our landlord. Then our household goods arrived today - where do I begin. How about they packed my Waterpik in the same box with the toilet bowl cleaner and toilet plunger - no paper separating anything, just the thing I clean my teeth with laying with the thing I clean poop with. Boxes were overpacked, light boxes placed on the bottom of the stack and crushed, boxes ripped by the poor crate construction, furniture not wrapped and subsequently scratch beyond repair. Let’s not forget - that picture of the hand weights are weights just rolling around in the bottom of the crate - they labeled these as being in a box, but no - just rolling around in the crate. Dishonesty abounds. And now I have to clean up the filth they made on my clean belongings. This is just the first 6 crates - we’ve got 6 more arriving tomorrow so I’ll provide an update on how they performed in round 2 - I’m not holding out any high hopes for improved performance. We specifically requested Royal Hawaiian - they were supposed to be the best on the island but I can not and will not endorse Royal Hawaiian - if you see my name attached to a favorable review it was prior to this debacle.
