My experience with Highland moving was a complete disaster. The movers showed up hours late, completely unprepared, and mishandled my belongings. Several valuable items were damaged beyond repair, and the company refuses to take any responsibility. Their customer service is a joke—endless hold times, rude staff, and no resolution. This company is careless, unprofessional, and an absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid them at all costs!

We moved for the first time in 33 years. Our movers were Wisdom, Ali, Meretu and Monsur. These guys did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous, careful, and very hard working. They remained cheerful and helpful throughout a very long, hot day. They seemed to work really well together as a team. Our move went smoothly, and we are very happy with the service.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They helped me move my grandfather from pincher creek into edmonton. Leanne on the phone was incredible, super professional and friendly . Wade and Cole were the two gentlemen that were on the truck. They were the perfect mixture of quick and careful. I would highly recommend this mover to any of my friends or family. I just wish I could give 10/5 stars instead of 5/5.

Before my moving happened, I felt very stressed and had tons of anxiety, whether if I can move my things and big furnitures in one shot from my 2000 sq ft house. But when your moving team came, they definitely got the job done and my stress levels got lowered significantly during this process. The moving team is very efficient, professional, and very courteous. I was very impressed on how they can move every single thing I ask for, no ifs and buts, they can handle everything. From moving my super heavy TV and electric piano, to disassemble a complex bed and tall dresser, and reassembling it successfully, without even looking at a manual. Now that was impressive (I can't even do that). Each movers personnel are a true professional, I cannot stress enough. This company helped me guide though the moving process and relieved my stress along the way. I tried to move some little things such as clothing and valuables and food containers and other items. Trying to make the moving more efficient. That was stressful alone. But the movers showed me how great they are. And I'm super impressed. Thank you again for everything. I'm now a happy person stress free. Maybe a minor stress left because I have to sell my old place now. I recommend this moving company 110%.

Professional at every point! I loved the detailed room by room checklist, it made me confident that the estimate I received would be accurate and not based simply on hours and mileage, which is vague. The movers were on time and professional. They protected the floors, furniture was well padded, beds taken apart and rebuilt, everything was well orchestrated and efficient. The day of drop off happened the day after a blizzard so had to shovel out the storage facility- which the movers did quickly. I highly recommend this company I will use them again!!
