I can only speak for recruiting. At first, I thought I had an issue, but I talked to Sean who is operation manager and he explained why they couldn't hire me. I understand why I never heard back from them. Lot of drivers have no respect or manners due them feeling entitled to a position. Them not knowing conducting themselves in a professional manner, shows. I'm old school to where I like being told, hey we can't hire for whatever reason. But thanks to lot of entitled drivers cursing other people out, I had to go digging. For the recruiting, I had no issues. I called twice and got a phone back for Sean. First time was due to them being at lunch. He explained, understandable. If you don't hear from them after one call, that means you were not candidate for the company. If you want to know why, call up, but be respectful about and learn, and move along.

Awesome company to work for I am road warrior out 8 weeks home 10 days guaranteed pay is awesome my dispatcher Richard is the best I've had in a long time. I recommend working here. Steady running. Good miles.

WARNING! DO NOT DRIVE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will not care if you drive for them for year with tons of experience. As a previous owner operator/ daughter of several very experienced truckers iv been in this industry my whole like. My Fiance gave over 2 years to this company sacrificed his family to be on the road for 2 month if not more at a time for them to lie and deceive on every load, time and pay! THEY WILL TAKE FROM YOU! They will fire you for the smallest of mistakes even if it's 1 mistake in 2 years! They will charge you to retrieve a truck you offered to bring back. They will purposely not currently check loads you turn in or insure your paycheck is accurate! Please my fellow trucker you drive this country forward. Do not support this company by any means and feel free to spread the word. To this company you are not family you are a steeringwheel holder and simply a dime a dozen to them... and K&B if your reading this i hope you suffer as you have made many other family suffer for your own ignorance and incompetence! No trucker I know will ever support your name as you have never supported or protected your own drivers!

I read too many bad reviews. And I was expecting the worst when I got here. But I like the fact that they are straight forward when telling you how the company works and what they expect from employees. I notice they don’t like playing around. I like that a company doesn’t play around and is straight with you and what they expect from you. I been here a few month now. There’s one only thing they didn’t mention about the way they want you to use the hours of service. When at shipper you’ll be waiting 3-5 or even 9 hours off duty. Then. They want you to PC out so you don’t interrupted the off duty hours. They want you to keep rolling once you reach the 10hr off duty. You basically be only taking a few hours of your actual 10hr brake. If you want to make money you’ll be used to it. But if you don’t it would be a little difficult to manage since I notice that’s how they get all their loads to keep running since we don’t take a 34reset.

Very poor experience with recruiting department. Lack of basic communication skills 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 They keep advertising for bunch of cities in my area. I was hesitant to apply cause they have so many bad reviews. Today I decided to test my luck, called twice: the first guy told me about staying on the road for 8 weeks and then 10 days off, which is no problem for me (I’m single, may just keep working for months). I asked him where are they based, he put me on a “brief” hold and then disconnected after 10+ minutes. I called back and the other recruiter is telling me that they don’t hire from my area and has put me on HOLD AGAIN. I have realized if their HR department is this terrible what a horrible experience I may have if they hire me. Your recruiters DESPERATELY NEED a customer service training !!! Drivers, I do not advise calling them, WASTE of your time.
