This body shop not only delivers exceptional body work making your car look brand new, but Elias and his brother are incredible individuals. They went above and beyond for me and making sure everything I needed was taken care of from the rental car to working with my insurance. My car came out looking brand new after the entire car was keyed. I cannot say enough how amazing the car looks and the customer service that was provided. If anyone is in need for a body shop they work with insurance and make your car look good as new. You will be well taken care of!

I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!

I’m a safe driver, haven’t had any accident in 30 years until last July. Geico customer service was amazingly good (never had to use all these years). My car was well kept since new and now it’s damaged, I was worried that it wouldn’t look the same after it’s fixed although the car still drives normal with the damage. Geico’s agent recommended a body shop in Fremont, not too far from my house, I took the car to get the estimate. I also read all the reviews of a few shops around me. I found this shop with 100% reviews with quite a few reviews (114), so I called and made an appointment afterwork for an estimate. Elias and his brother Masood are the managers of this establishment, from the outside, it doesn’t look like a nice building, just a yard with many damaged cars, I was a little skeptical but after meeting with Elias and his brother, I felt much safer. These 2 are extremely pleasant and confident by the way they interacted with me. I went inside to look at the equipments and talked about the quality of their work. Elias is a final inspector before he delivers any cars, he has good eyes and high integrity, he wouldn’t deliver anything until he sees the car is done to his standard which pleases me. The day I dropped the car, he was delivering a car that looks like new, I asked about the damage and the owner seemed to be extremely happy. I confirmed with Elias that I’ve been driving the car and nothing is wrong with it mechanically, I wanted to make sure when I received the car, it should drive the same way because I’ve read on Yelp that at a few places, the car wasn’t performing as good as before it was fixed. Elias smiled and ensured me that he’ll make sure of that before he delivers my car. About the time promised, I and my family planned a trip to Vegas on 8/27 and I asked to be done by then, it’s only a few weeks away which Elias had to order parts (used hood) and other components from the dealer, it’s quite tight to promise but he did. After a week after taking everything out, he needed to contact the adjuster for some additional work, he updated the progress with me right away. He worked parallel somehow and got my car done a week earlier than promised although he had many other projects. I was also skeptical since he had it done so quickly. Yes, there were some original labels from the dealer hadn’t come yet, I came back the next Monday to get them put on since they came early. When I picked up the car, it was like new, my car was never detailed and he did it inside and out, it drives like it was before I brought it in. That’s a bonus which I’d never expected. No wonder this place has 100% customers satisfaction and I’m one of them.

No one wants to be involved in a car accident, but if you are Reliance Auto will take care of you and your car. Elias did a thorough inspection of the damages on my car and gave me an accurate cost and time estimate. When I dropped my car off to begin the repairs, Masood made sure that I had a ride home. They even cleaned/detailed the inside of my car and got rid of the water stain on the passenger seat. Hopefully I won’t need any collision repairs in the future but if I do - I know exactly where to go, which is Reliance! Thank you to Elias and the team at Reliance for taking care of my car.

Have lodged a complaint with the Bureau Of Automotive Repair against this business. Nothing but trouble with them. Shoddy and poor quality work being done. My paint is peeling off after I removed the wrap to prepare my car for sale. Some background behind this review... The car was wrapped to start with when it was brought in for collision damage to the rear bumper. The garage-owner was informed that I would be re-wrapping the car after repairs were completed. At no point did the garage-owner inform me that he would not guarantee the paint if the car was re-wrapped. I even inquired and discussed at length with him, as to how long I should wait before re-wrapping the car, to sufficiently allow the paint to cure. After waiting longer than the time period specified, I proceeded to re-wrap the rear bumper and the rear quarter fenders along with the boot lid. The paint on the rear bumper immediately failed as I attempted to wrap it. The garage-owner agreed to re-do the rear bumper upon inspection. I refrained from wrapping the bumper after it got re-painted as I was unsure about the adhesion and quality of the paint. Upon removing the wrap on the rear fenders and boot-lid now, the paint has peeled off and the garage-owner refuses to take responsibility and re-do the damaged areas. Be careful and please do due-diligence before giving your car in for repairs here. Its all about getting the work with sweet talk, and then hustling you out as quickly as possible here.
