My family and I have hired them 3 times total and they are the BEST movers I’ve ever had. I’ve moved a LOT so that’s definitely saying something. They are absolute strong kings who can get the job done SO well! Alex and his team (I didn’t get the other two guys names) are so wonderful, polite, and friendly. I had a confusing move today with multiple stops and SO many stairs and they did it like absolute champs. Their spatial awareness is so impressive, they fit all my stuff going into storage into a 5x10 unit and I thought I was going to have to upgrade but they made it work so I wouldn’t have to pay more! Seriously love these guys and would recommend them to any and everyone!

Wanted to start off by saying, Alex moved us back in October with a younger gentleman. They were prompt and had great communication! I knew I wanted to use this company again for our future move. That being said today 3/24 was that day. It started off fine up up until we realized the movers were 30 minutes late. I sent them a text at 9:30 asking where they were. I got a text 10 minutes later saying their truck broke down and they were getting a rental. I thought no biggy, things happen.He then pushed our moving time to noon. From here on the lack of communication is crazyyy. My fiancé and I constantly had to reach out to Joseph to get updates. It would be 30 more mins and then an hour go by and then 15 more mins then another hour would go by. We grew very upset as we have a 2 month old baby and knew pushing our moving this far back would be hard on us. Joseph said he would discount our move “tremendously”, his words not mine. I thought that’s great he’s trying to make it right with us. Right around 2:30-3 comes around and they finally show up. So 5-6 hours past our scheduled time. My fiancé meets them up at our storage unit. He heard a loud clash and he didn’t think anything of it. Comes down to us moving into our new place. We start to notice damages here and there on our belongings. Expensive dinner ware that was wrapped was broken, dents on my baby’s changing table, damaged decor. It just felt like they were rushing to get the job done due to their lack of not being prepared. We heard Joseph moaning and groaning the whole time. Again not my problem they had to move us so late. Every time joseph wheeled out stuff in he would just throw it in the middle of the room. Also stacked large boxes on small ones ? That’s asking to cause things in the smaller boxes to break. That’s crazy for a professional mover to think that’s okay.Then it came down to us having to pay. Joseph said it would be 490 ( we already paid 100 for our deposit.) We asked about the “discount .” He said oh we can take 75 off. My fiancé laughed and explained how our dinnerware was all broken and we had just waited 5-6 hours for them to show up. He took 25 off for the damages. So 100 in total. Refused to drop any lower. I told him i would be reaching out to the owner. The lack of communication, preparation and carelessness was very unprofessional. Will not be moving with this company again. Please figure it out and Joseph if you hate moving so much please find a new career path. Completely ruined our day and move. Thanks!

Hired to move, was suppose to finish pre packing day prior to move.they notified me they wouldn’t make out till day of but would come out first thing in the morning because we had a cleaning crew coming in. They showed up late at11:30am and did a terrible job wrapping furniture leading to several pieces being scuffed and breaking several curtain rod ends. we were scheduled to be out of the house before 5pm they didn’t show back with truck till 9pm and finished at roughly 4am. We had the move coordinated weeks in advance. Overall the owner did a terrible job communicating every time I would ask where they were he would say on the way or they just waiting for another crew. Don’t recommend.while he did offer a discount I would rather pay full price for punctuality and not have scuffed up furniture.

Update: I used them again to move my mom in a few months ago and it’s still above and beyond customer service from them! I had to reschedule and they were perfect with working with me and communicating. They were in and out moving all her things! I called them to move my things for the next day and not only did they have availability for me the next day, but they were extremely professional, FAST and communicated. They told me they’d be there at 9am the next day, and then confirmed the same morning that they were about to be on their way and arrived at 9am… right on schedule. I was amazed at how speedy they were, especially since I overworked them being on the 3rd floor and moving to a 3rd floor. Which they joked about to lighten the mood, and didn’t complain whatsoever. Not only were they a bit cheaper than the other places I called, but their customer service is A+++. Everyone else I had price checked with before them were real dry on the phone and extremely overpriced. Some even made me feel rushed off the phone, but Alex on the phone had amazing customer service and in person as well. I also live alone and I’m a chick and not once did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe around either gentleman which I also find very important! I will be moving my mom in here shortly as well and I’ll absolutely be going through them again. I also would like to add that they bring moving blankets and tools to take apart and put furniture back how they found it. Which is very helpful for chicks (power to my girls that use drills) and/or elderly. I would recommend them to anyone!

Maximus was hired to move our expanding business office, to a nearby town. Alex and team were one time and handled our items with extreme care. Once at the new office, they helped arrange items as requested, assembled new office desk and chairs and had their own tools to do the job. The team's customer service and professionalism were top notch as they continuously checked in to make sure we were satisfied and if we needed any additional help with the office. 10 out of 10 would recommend! I'm actually going to use them for my personal move at the beginning of the year.
