Move Happy was a great company to work with! From the crew that picked up our belongings to when the stuff was delivered, everyone was professional! They kept us informed of the progress (Hawaii to Arizona) every step of the way. Every single person we dealt with was friendly and wonderful. Best value for moving by far! They work quickly and efficiently. If you give them all of the needed info (number of boxes, dimensions of large items, etc) there are absolutely no surprises with the cost! We could not have been happier with Move Happy! We definitely recommend this company for moving!

I moved/escaped from California and moved to Florida and used this moving service. I am 100% satisfied and happy with the service we received. Andre, Trey and Hagen are very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my move in went smooth. I moved to a a condo/apartment that is located on the 3rd floor and they had to go up 4 sets of stairs. They did it without damaging anything and ere very fast/efficient. They are a great team and I would hire them again without thinking twice. Very hard working group and very friendly.

BE AWARE OF SCAMS- this place is dangerous to work with. Read all the other 1-star reviews on Yelp and be alarmed as my experience has been similar. Risk your valuable belongings with somewhere safer and ethical. Completely dysfunctional operations, manipulative, unethical customer services to justify it and take advantage of you. Below is what I faced - ** 1. Lying on the dispatch status - turned out that they initially lied about the dispatch status to ask for a much higher quote when I tried to reschedule or request rerouting. Later, I discovered our stuff had been never dispatched. ** Inflated balance on the fee signing doc - an almost 80% inflated balance was posted. I caught it and had to point it out multiple times to get it corrected before signing. **3. Unfair handling of delivery destination change: because they had given us a short notice (only after a month from the initiaon) and it turned out that we couldn't meet their availability window and ETA, we ended up changing the delivery destination. Despite the new destination being 8 hours less of their labor and time, the same direction not impacting any of the logistics, they refused to credit back the difference. More than $1000 wasted. I normally don't make efforts to write negative reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I had and wanted to warn others, save them from the same troubles.

They just finished my move from Waikiki to downtown Chicago. John was great! He always answered my calls right away! He anticipated a bad rainstorm headed in our direction and was able to push the move-in time sooner and got everything in the new condo before a single raindrop fell with time to spare. We will definitely choose these guys for our next move!

The pick was flawless, very polite & more the helpful, I have a few more boxes to unpack but only found one item damaged all my crystal made it unscathed. The drop off did not go as well got here after sundown, they had already made two drop offs in Vegas & were pressed for time, just off loaded the boxes as quickly as possible from the truck. I have spent the last 5 days unloading everything more boxes to go. The crew if 2 were very polite and apologized for not being able to unload any or open any boxes and put things away, but they were way over scheduled and very shorthanded. Overall, the move was probably one of the best I’ve had in the last 10 years I would probably most likely use this company again, OK so send
