Upon communicating with Crystal, we initiated the process of our relocation. Initially, we received an overwhelming number of calls from brokers and third-party entities, which made it challenging to discern their identities and purposes. Crystal took the time to provide a detailed explanation regarding the distinction between the parties involved, the procedures of moving, and I felt a great sense of assurance in her capabilities. My husband and I have been residing in an RV and our belongings have been in storage for two years. Although I made an effort to recall the specifics, I inevitably overlooked certain details. However, the team was extremely equitable in handling the forgotten items and even generously provided ten complimentary boxes for packing to assist me. Despite the unforeseen circumstances such as delivery delays, legalities, weigh stations, and so on, I understand that these are beyond their control. Therefore, I am not inclined to hold them accountable for the delivery, which occurred a day later than anticipated. I was initially hesitant to proceed due to a few unfavorable reviews; however, it is evident that not all customers can be satisfied. In an ideal world, every transaction would be flawless, but we do not inhabit such a world. I will not criticize this exceptional team for factors beyond their control. The pricing was eminently reasonable, and both crews at pick-up and delivery were courteous, respectful, and took excellent care of all items. Upon delivery, I noticed that my bicycle was missing, but they promptly returned it, as it was concealed behind blankets. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and will undoubtedly refer them to anyone seeking a fair price and exceptional people. Many thanks for everything. Moving is stressful- but when Yoan and Alejandro finally got to us for pickup they were very friendly! Their packing / wrapping skills are top notch and are super quick too. It was 105 degrees here in Texas today but they worked hard, were careful with our items, and kept smiling. Great team!!! Looking forward to receiving delivery soon as promised.
***Update*** That review above was 2 weeks ago - we decided to use Moving Forward Group because we had a FAST move need for a new job out of state and I was told that Toni could make it happen and also our items would be safe and only with their truck and their drivers
The promised delivery date came and went- our items were still sitting in original location and needed to be in new state already. Finally delivery 5 stressful days later, 10pm, on last date we could accept delivery. And NOT delivered by Moving Forward Group!
Our job was given to another company + Costs were added that were not in original contract.
The driver and delivery guys were great- it’s not their fault. But Moving Forward Group is NOT recommended!!! Very disappointed!!

Same experience as Collette, Caroline and Dustin…. Still reeling after this move. It appears some customers may have experienced a diffferent crew. I booked with Crystal and Ann Marie, Jimmy was the mover from Grand Prairie, TX location - NJ box truck showed up with one vaping mover upon delivery and had to wait for on the spot second mover (hired as we waited) to unload the truck.
I noted a person’s positive experience with this company. I am certain they tried to clean up their act after others’ horrible experience. Ann Marie quoted me one price then when I noticed Crystal’s inventory listed my dining room table as a kitchenette, I let her know this was not correct as well as boxes listed as small boxes that were not small boxes, the price then changed by $1500. I knew this, however, upon arrival, Jimmy had his crew load boxes only onto the truck - NO furniture then told me I met my cubic feet limit, and I would need to pay another $5K (double the quote) to have my furniture loaded. He then got angry and said he would move our furniture at the quoted price - all listed on my quote - including the boxes. He did not, and 30 minutes later decided to refuse to take any fragile items -3 televisions, a desk with glass top, a Crate and Barrel bed - this is not the full list of items not moved..we had no choice but to hire Got Junk, make GoodWill donations and Discard our furniture when we were moving out of state! This is not a company you want to use. We also had broken items, and a bed that appeared assembled and it was not - the screws were left on the dresser as well as a television stand not reassembled. Heed with caution - the company has untoward practices.

Moving isn’t easy. Perfection isn’t possible. Logistics are challenging. Moving Forward Group truly worked to make it as easy and perfect as possible. The movers took great care with our stuff, even adding more padding and protection. The teams at each end did such a good job! Highly recommended!

I would not of even left one star but have to so can leave a review. I have never had to deal with such a unprofessional moving company. By the time my stuff was delivered to me it was damaged. My washer and dryer were dented and scratched my Heavy Duty Totes were crushed, and the Heavy Duty Wardrobe boxes I bought from UHaul company and packed are gone and my cloths are in a different box. I am missing several items and a lot of my belongings are broken.
I am incredibly Pissed off at the Poor customer service I have received and I am still dealing with this so the matter is still unresolved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!
