If I could give them negative stars I would. They stole our Xbox, lost so much of our furniture including my irreplaceable Papasan chairs, and destroyed our boxes. The driver that delivered our stuff got the truck stuck and shifted the load causing damages to our things. After taking an hour to get out of the jackknife they tried to charge us an extra $1000 to back it down the driveway. I wish I was kidding. They instead dropped it off at the curb and made us do THEIR job of moving things in to our new property. When we messaged them about the damaged and lost items they replied with “it’s not worth your time to submit a claim” and have been ghosting us ever since. They pay bots to write these 5 star reviews as the 1 stars reviews are the closest to my experience with this trash company. I’m submitting claim to the BBB but please don’t let these people near your things! They also stole over $1K worth of my shoes including my sentimental college graduation shoes AND my wedding shoes. Despicable, I’m literally traumatized from this entire experience.

If my husband and I could give this company zero stars we would. They are the absolute worse moving company to deal with. They were so attentive until they got their deposit and final payment and then everything changed. They became and have continued for several months to be non-responsive since our furniture was delivered at the end of June. We had a move scheduled from GA to Florida. After picking up our items and having our belongings gs in their possession, the final delivery was rescheduled by this company several times. They finally told us they had 10 days to get our items to us. When our items were finally delivered they were packed into a Ryder truck so unprofessionally. We couldn’t believe that after spending almost 6K for moving fees that our items were literally falling out of the truck when it finally arrived. Yes, items shift, but there was clearly no care put into packing our items. This could have been a result of my husband disagreeing with the manager who attempted to charge us a lot more money once he got to our storage unit. He charged us for items and shipping supplies they did not deliver. Here are the items we have sent several emails and called several times to discuss only for them to tell us they have 90 days to respond to. They lost a dining room table that was a family heirloom that we are quite upset over. It was not on the truck, but the chairs were delivered. Here are all the items we have been trying to get reimbursed for: *. Dining room table near delivered. * Office chair - arm was broken and damaged and chair now leans to the right (damaged arm) when you sit on it * Christmas tree storage bag was ripped * Executive desk was damaged with wood coming apart in several areas * we originally had our clothes in rolling racks but were told that we would need to purchase 10 garment boxes for the items to be hung inside. We were charged $25 a box. Upon arrival of our items there were only 4 garment boxes with clothes thrown inside (which we now have to have dry cleaned as some were expensive suits). We were over charged for 6 boxes at $25 each. We do not recommend this company. Bait and Switch moving should be their company name. Do NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! Very unprofessional and poor customer service!

DO NOT USE! I unfortunately trusted the couple good reviews and paid for my mistake. Upon initially working with National Movers, they were extremely attentive and professional. As soon as I paid, after them trying to charge me more, I never heard from them again until 28 days later. My items were being moved from UT to FL and were promised to arrive within 2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and I have not received my items. In this time frame, I emailed and called numerous times and could not get a response from anyone. They had no idea where my items were. After finally getting ahold of a “manager” my items arrived 28 days later. All of the items were in good condition, however, they smelt like dust and smoke and were extremely dirty. During these 4 weeks I was continuously stressed as a result of having no idea where my items were and not being able to speak to anyone on the phone. It is not worth it to use National Moving.

BEWARE!! BEWARE! BEWARE!! If there is only one review you ever pay attention to, please let this be the one. I am genuinely trying to help other consumers to not have to experience what I did. I have never in my life experienced anything like this as a customer. DESPICABLE GARBAGE COMPANY. I will start with my furniture pickup. The time for my moving day was not ever confirmed. The experience was overall good but I did have a few things that I wanted to alert the company about afterwards- more of just a heads up. Mainly that the lead on my project shared with me he had just started that day after applying over the weekend- no background check or anything. And I expressed concern on how I saw a few items were handled. I did so via email and had to request a RESPONSE and was treated with defensiveness and was more or less called a liar. I have never been treated this way as a customer in my life. I was completely taken aback; shocked in fact. It all went downhill from there. I was being punished. I was storing my belongings in their warehouse and all of a sudden was told I now owed 60 more per month. I inquired about a copy of my inventory list 3x after my first move and was completely ignored. I became so concerned that everything I owned was in this place- I felt uneasy and that my stuff was unsafe. When I provided a move date for furniture delivery 3 months later, I was never acknowledged and then GHOSTED for OVER a MONTH when I would inquire about a plan. Finally I heard something. I honestly thought I would never see my stuff again and was literally a day away from filing a local police report. When my furniture finally arrived, I had severe damage to all of my bedroom furniture (which was expensive). In fact there wasn’t a piece of furniture in my home that didn’t have some form of damage to it. EVERY single box was either squished, tattered or torn. I had so many broken items, especially dishes and things that couldn’t be replaced. I move often and know how to pack, so that was definitely not the issue. A tv was missing. My bed was missing the hardware so couldn’t be put together. I could go on and on about the damage and every little negative thing that I experienced throughout this move but will stop at this. Moving is stressful enough- this experience was so horrible. I am a very calm person so I can’t imagine how someone who isn’t or deals with anxiety would handle this. Please also know this was an almost 10k move. I am now taking legal action. I don’t care how many other reviews are positive- if this could happen to me, it could happen to you. Please please please spend your money with a national and reputable company with numerous locations so you can deal with more than one person and get response. I requested an owner or general manager contact me several times and I could never get past the dispatcher who again was completely nasty and rude. CAROL J, karma will get you! When I sent pictures almost immediately of all the damage, they said they weren’t in the allotted time after move which was a bold face lie. WHAT? So no reimbursement whatsoever. I feel like I was robbed right in front of my eyes and sat there and watched it and couldn’t do anything about it. Lastly, it was a partner company of theirs that actually delivered my furniture. The head of that company told me he would deny it if I repeated it but that he has never seen so much damage and thought I was totally done dirty! This review is not exaggerated. In fact, it is grossly understated. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

They had no desire to make anything, right 2 years later. They just don’t like my honest reviews. This company is such an unbelievable joke. I am dumbstruck as to how this place is still in business.
