YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY AVOID USING THIS MOVING COMPANY. Terrible experience! They showed up 2 hours late to my 2 pm appointment time. It took them 1.5 hrs longer than me to drive to my new place. They said it was traffic, but Jeffrey had a different mover with him when he arrived to my new place, meaning he dropped someone off and picked up someone else up on my dime. My move wasn’t completed until 10:30 on a Friday night. During the move into my new place they actually broke a window. Jeffrey REFUSED to pay for it. He even threatened to call the cops on me for wanting him to pay for the damage. This window cost me an EXTRA $200 because they wouldn’t pay for the damage THEY CAUSED. Furthermore, these guys broke my microwave stand and kuerig. More additional expenses I had to incur after this move. I would honestly take these guys to court if it was worth the time or money. Find a different company for your move, one who actually respects your time and money.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from this company. Jeff was up front with me in the beginning when he arrived and let me know that the three hours would not suffice due to the amount of items I needed moved and I totally agreed with him. At that point, I explained what was most important to me for the three hours that I reserved and I requested and paid for an additional hour. My scheduled time was for noon and on the day of my move we had winter weather that actually moved and and I wasn't sure we would be able to get it done. He texted me when he was close by and we actually started moving by 12:20 p.m. He and his assistant were professional and very careful with my items. I would definitely use them again and refer this company.

I was in need of a quick move on the same day and found this company by just searching for local movers within my area. I called around 8am looking for a mover and found Jeff. The quote given was pretty reasonable for 4 pieces of furniture. I was a bit taken aback at first when Jeff simply asked me to pay a $100.00 security deposit via cash app or Venmo. Due to not knowing anything about this company and unsure if they will follow through I asked for something in writing to ensure he will follow through. Overall they did an awesome job, although he was about 2.5 hours late he did update me about every 30 minutes to let me know the status of his arrival which was awesome to me.

Jeffrey and Tavon were great. They were flexible with the time I needed to be moved even though it was a little late in the evening. And I even forgot what storage unit I rented and Jeffrey went all around to help me find my unit; which took some time yet he was still patient and understanding. They made sure to be careful and gentle with my furniture and personal items. Just awesome service overall from both of them! I will use them again for future moves.

This company did a great job. They were very careful and considerate of my belongings. They worked very hard and even though the hour was growing late, they kept the same positive and professional attitude throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond and make sure everything was to my liking. I found them through Groupon and they delivered on everything they promised. They were simply excellent!
