Delivery drivers mark packages as delivery attempted without actually attempting delivery. I WFH and our security gate calls my phone to buzz people in. I have 0 calls from the call box # during the days and times their tracking system says "delivery attempted." One order the driver left my package in the middle of the sidewalk in front of my security gate which was promptly stolen since I live in SF. I never have issues with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS COMPANY CAN'T DELIVER ITEMS. I would never recommend them and the only reason I've had to is because the company I ordered from uses them.

This company is a freaking joke. The drivers that work here obviously couldn't care less. Two times, both yesterday AND today, my address was marked as an 'unsafe location'. I literally live in one of the safest neighborhoods in Fremont, so??? Driver didn't give a single explanation as to why my house was marked unsafe but said he also 'attempted a delivery'. And the package he was delivering also needed a signature. I work from home so I am home literally all day. There was no attempt at anything either time. No knock, no one drove up, nothing. Their customer service is even worse. They know nothing either, and all they can do is half heartedly apologize for the inconvenience and suggest I just come pick up the package instead. Honestly, don't waste your time, it's not worth the headache. This is such a garbage company.

such a bad experience. 0/5. i had one package to be delivered by them yet it failed twice despite the address was correct and i've left my phone number for them in case they couldn't find the apartment. I waited in my apartment for the whole 2 days, only to see the delivery attempts failed with "SECURITY GATE". What's funny is that my community doesn't have security gate AT ALL. The only option they provide after several customer supports attempts i've made, is to have myself pick it up at their facility, which is 50 mins aways from my apartment. ridiculous

Horrible shipping/delivery service. INCOMPETENT, UNCARING, IRRESPONSIBLE AND LAZY. A high value item of mine was supposed to be delivered in San Francisco AND SIGNED FOR. I chatted AND called GLS to make sure the item is signed for and I am phoned so I can sign. I was assured by someone at GLS the item will be signed for. The tracking webpage labeled my package high-value item as it should be. Nevertheless, the delivery person just left my package unattended outside our building's leasing office!! And then FALSELY indicated that I signed for it in the tracking page, when NO ONE SIGNED FOR IT AT ALL. Thankfully the leasing office staff at our building noticed the delivery guy place the package on the ground (because I notified him as well just in case), and our leasing office person secured my package immediately. Recently, GLS also caused my high end Dyson package to be stolen in mid May 2024 - they just left my package outside the leasing office even though they were supposed to leave the package in locker. It took a month and a half for Dyson to replace the item as GLS' claims process is equally revolting. I will notify the vendor about this pattern of INCOMPETENCE, UNPROFESSIONALISM and LAZINESS by GLS.

They said delivery failed because of security gate, which is never an issue for others. I talked to customer service for pickup, the response was slow, and the staff was rude when I picked it up. Try to avoid using the service to mail your important documents.
