Stay clear!!! Worst service and terrible management (Sarah). Driver refused to deliver, even after proper manager authorized Pod location. Driver would not even enter my street, and had an attitude from the get go!! He slammed the door in my face, left without waiting for Dispatch to call - and returned to warehouse. Movers had to be rescheduled and Sarah blatantly lied! My moving costs doubled, and I had to make several calls to local office because of terrible driver. Do not use this branch!!! I was told my move (or a portion) would be covered. Complete lie… I will never use Pods again. Be aware: you will be charged for an entire month if your pod is one day beyond your billing date. There is NO pro-rating. Look at other options before booking with Pods in Phoenix…

Would not recommend. I called to get a quote, the sales rep was very eager to get my credit card information even though I shared that we didn’t have a final destination. Then quickly went through signing us up letting me know that I had to listen to a recording that they would need to play. When I called to get the pods picked up they said that they couldn’t come for seven days and our pods wouldn’t be delivered for 7-10 days. The only communication they give is via email unless you are calling them. When I called to see if anything could be done to speed up our pick up and delivery. I was told that their policy’s are read to the costumer on their recording and I should have known. I had an agent even hang up on me. They said that they would put in a case to expedite our shipping and they were hopeful it would be tomorrow. I had to physically call them to keep tabs and by the third time they said well if the request wasn’t approved within 48 hours and you didn’t receive an email then consider it unapproved. So- no communication stating they couldn’t help to expedite the process and it was on me to continue to keep calling them. So essentially during a move across country, spending thousands of dollars, moving my family including small children their response is sorry you should have listened to the recording and am having to call them to be on a phone call for 30 minutes at a time. They even submitted a request to compensate me back for not having our stuff for over 2 weeks which I got an email back saying sorry denied. We paid thousands of dollars for plane tickets, permits, took pto, bought an air bnb, to get help moving in all for them to say sorry not our problem.. Needless to say- terrible experience, zero customer service and empathy, rude “agents”, and overpriced for the questionable service they provide. I recommend using uhal.

Overcharged and refund denied. Ordered two pods that would fit on one delivery truck. When I called to schedule delivery of both pods they gave me separate delivery / transportation fees as if they were shipping them separately. I repeatedly told them to put both units on the same truck and only charge me for 1 transportation fee, they agreed. Upon delivery of the units, my credit card was charged twice the amount that I was told. Spoke to several Pod employees who informed me that a refund would be issued per our original agreement. After several attempts and months later, they have decided NOT to refund the $6100. I will NEVER recommend or use this company again.

The sales people don't tell you how poor communication is at this company. Our driver delivered on of the pods 3 hours prior scheduled time and blocked our car in our garage. 1 pod was supposed to be parked in the street so we could go in and out of the garage. Their weekend customer service is overseas and are clueless. I would not ever use them again. Also, we moved to another state and they don't tell you the pods aren't handled with care, the trucks slam the pods on the street and driveway. We used blankets, wrap and ties (which you have to buy on your own extra) and all my furniture was dented like it was slammed by force. I don't recommend for far away moves. Revised I did get a credit of $300 but I had to hound them for 2 months.

POD is lost. No one can let us know where it's at. Was told repeatedly it'll be there in 30 mins or so. Now today it's not even in AZ. The concept is nice, the execution is terrible, and the customer service is even worse.
