Sounds like I got off much better than most reviewers (ignoring all the 5-star bots every single person has given 1 star), my stuff did finally get delivered only a week late although I was over charged by about 25% (they tried for more) and a few items were lost and boxes smashed up. Avoid this company at all costs, here's a brief account of the experience I provided to the BBB: Premier Global VanLines provided a low ball estimate for my move of $3713, by the time the move was complete it had ballooned to $4670. Much of this increase was due to the itemized estimate of 332cuft inflating to 600cuft when the truck was loaded by Liberty Moving Group in NJ. As all our possessions were held hostage I could do nothing but pay what they asked. By the time the material arrived in FL it had been packed much tighter on a second truck and I discovered the original movers had lied about each section of the truck being 200cuft. In fact at ~2.5ftx8'1"x8'1" each section was only ~160cuft IF loaded to the ceiling. As the pictures show, they only loaded ~75% to the ceiling so the actual cuft shipped that we should be charged for is only 250cuft resulting in an overcharge of $1,750. Fuel surcharge is based on cuft, the resulting overcharge here was $157.50. Finally, our binding contract included ALL material and packing, an additional overcharge of $300 by the movers was on bill. DECEITFUL PRACTICES: #1 Online reviews are clearly fake. Sites like MyMovingreviews.com (4.6) and Trustpilot.com (4.5) do not align with Google's reviews (3.3) where it is more difficult to fake reviews. Even the Google review is highly inflated, out of 48 reviews, 27 are 5-stars while the other 21 reviews are ALL 1-star #2 "1st Available Delivery" of 9/20/21 was described by the sales agent as the date our items would be delivered to our apartment in FL, when the date came around everything hadn't left NJ; eventually arrived a week late #3 "Book it now promotion" of $1,000 was offered by the sales agent, the final bill shows the discount for what it truly was, a "Split pickup or delivery". This was not agreed to upfront and is false advertising #4 Confirmed upfront with the sales agent that our move would not be levied a long carry charge, I went as far as measuring the distance on Google maps with her but was assured it was fine. Delivery driver attempted to charge an extra $200, I stood firm and eventually got it down to $100 although I should have paid $0 #5 Insurance rate of $0.60 per pound is laughable compared to what was broken/lost, thankfully we took most fragile and valuable items in our car. While this is based on some sort of federally mandated minimum, it was the preferable option to the "Full Value Protection" they offered for a ridiculous premium of $2,809 to cover $13,944 in replacement value #6 Getting the required Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the movers, which is a standard process in the NYC/NJ area, was a nightmare. After calling and emailing for weeks received it via text 12 hours prior to the move #7 Multiple attempts were made by both Premier Global Vanlines and Liberty Movers to change the pick-up and delivery times, stood firm as my building is very restrictive on my 3-hr window to use the elevator #8 Most of the agents were really nice when you called the main customer service line BUT rarely did anyone follow through with requests or pickup their phone/respond to emails when sent directly to an individual #9 The itemized list at pickup was largely chicken scratch, the delivery supervisor assured me everything was there although after unpacking it is clear that multiple items are missing

This move was the worst experience of my life! I was told up front by Premier Global Van Lines agent that I would receive a 26 ft truck, although the estimate was only 683 cubic feet. When I questioned the difference, the agent said not to worry, the move would only cost me $5,400.00 and I would have the 26ft truck to fill. I was also told that the truck that came to my house would be the truck that would deliver my goods to the new house. Then I never heard back from the company or the agent who told me he would be with me every step of the way, Three days before the move date, the company called me and went over the packing list. She told me that I had more cubic feet than what was on the original estimate, the new contract was for 1,400 cubic feet and it jacked the cost up to $17,000. I argued with the agent, sent her written records of what I was promised by their sales agent, but she told me that if I was not happy with the cost, they would just not come. I finally negotiated with her that we would only use 750 cubic feet of space costing $5,840.00. On the moving day, a semi shows up from Najjar Brothers, a second party shipper. After packing all but 50 boxes, the driver tells me that we had exceeded our 750 cubic feet limit 100 cubic feet (the truck was poorly packed and he would not allow us to pack it correctly to get the last 50 boxes into the shipment) . So, now the fee was $6,418.00, which we had to pay because our stuff was packed and locked in. We also found out that our things would be offloaded at a wearhouse and then reloaded onto another truck that would drive to Washington state. When my things arrived at our new house, by a third party truck, all the boxes were smashed, many items broken, and the furniture was scratched and broken. I will never use a moving company again! So my advice to anyone moving, DO NOT USE PREMIER GLOBAL VAN LINES. They are liars, you will have to pay more than your original estimate, and your things will arrive broken and manhandled.

Absolutely horrible experience . We were scammed out of over 15,000 dollars with this “company”. We initially spoke to Ana and Jordan who were great at first and quoted us roughly 4,000 to move out of state . As the move date approached. The amount due continued to rise and then eventually we couldn’t even contact Ana and Jordan anymore. The move date itself went okay as far as the movers did show up and package our stuff but this was once we put more money in their hands. When it came time for them to move us into our new home we had another set of movers and it was absolutely horrible. We had to call the cops because the “movers” would not take our stuff out of the truck unless we gave them more money and then said they would only put it in the garage that’s it. They then stated they would leave with our stuff if we didn’t pay them more money in the next 20mins. These people should be arrested and charged.

Stay away, stay far away. They are brokers who hand off your business to very shady companies. Then, when you get cheated by the company that they stick stuck with, they say it is out of their hands and won't help. Total rip off. Word of advice, don't sign up with any moving company who gives you a quote over the phone. they have to come and actually see everything that you are moving to give you an accurate quote. They lowballed me over the phone and then once the movers had everything loaded they told me it was twice as much as the quote. But now everything is one the truck, so what can you do? Then, I find out that the truck isn't the one that will deliver to my new house (different state). I was promised a specific delivery date. When that date came and went, I was told that if I wanted my belongings it would cost me even more money! Twelve days after we paid the "ransom" the truck arrived with only the driver. No one else to help unload, even though the contract said they would provide three qualified movers. Fortunately, our neighbors helped us unload the truck. We filed a claim with CSI and agreed on a settlement, but after two months of not receiving the settlement check, I was told that they just arrive at the amount, but the moving company has to pay it. What a joke. They were the crooks in the first place, they won't pay the claim! It will cost more that the claim is worth to sue them, which is what they count one. What a nightmare!

Premier Global Van Lines is not a legitimate moving company. They are crooks and liars. We paid $2,500 towards a deposit after being told we would receive “white glove service” by their own movers because they were not a broker and only used their own vans and direct employees. They didn’t show up on the day of the move or the back up date. 4 days after the move was scheduled, two guys showed up from a completely different company and said they had no packing materials and weren’t aware they were supposed to be handling the packing for us. They quoted us double the price and said they wouldn’t provide a new contract in writing with the new price either. We followed up with Premier and they said to go ahead and let these people pack our items (knowing fully well that they didn’t have the safety packing material to protect our valuables) and that they’d figure it out with us later. We refused to let them take our items without a new contract and now they’ve declined to return our $2,500 deposit. We’ve followed up and asked to be contacted by management and they are non responsive now. Do NOT hire this company. We worked with Casey, Zena, Leigh, and Anna. All lied about the services that would be provided. Do not trust anything they say. We are engaging a legal team to pursue the deposit refund.
