I was set up with this mover through a Broker who never stated that he was a broker or that a 3rd party would be taking over until I had to sign the contract and I was not informed what company was picking up my items until the company showed up in a rented van to pick up my items. At least 1 of the employees that came to pick up my items was violating OSHA Safety standards as he was wearing flipflops to pick up heavy furniture. They scratched the ceiling on the home I was moving out of. After almost a month of waiting on my items to arrive they finally did. The driver was trying to charge me extra because he didn't want to back up into my driver he wanted to unpack somewhere else and bring a few items at a time. He and 1 more person unpacked my items, some broken, some damaged but for the most part I have a lot of missing items but they make you sign all the paperwork and pay before they unpack the items. The driver didn't go through the inventory but I knew I had missing items so he told me to fill out a claim form. The only time the people at the office have ever answered the phone was when I called that the driver was still in my home. I got the claim form filled it out, sent pictures for evidence and have not received as much as a confirmation email back. I have called multiple times and left messages and no one has returned my calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They lack business ethics, have zero customer service and have no problem ignoring you once they have your items.

God awful. I paid twice the amount I was quoted, on top of a piano moving fee, and when they get here the first thing they do is take payment without letting me see my Items. 1. I need to verify these are my things, and 2. If anything is missing or damaged.3. They can straight up decide to drive away with all my things, and no mitigating through the company can protect my things if they are stolen. Disgusting and scammy behavior. The movers themselves are rude and completely incapable of any sort of customer interaction. Moving is a stressful time, and they should be trained to handle these situations appropriately. The piano. Obviously they are expensive and can be fragile instruments, so an additional fee is completely reasonable. What’s not reasonable is that the movers have no training or equipment to move the actual thing into my apartment. And also, make me help them. I have paid DOUBLE what I was quoted. I should not have to lift a finger, but yet my piano isn’t appropriately taken care of, there is no support over the phone from the company and the movers themselves are awful and seem completely untrained. I wish I was experiencing the nice workers some of the other reviews have mentioned. Anyway, if I don’t get at least a partial refund I will take legal action. Edit- I called 7 times from 3-5 and appreciate you despite being 24/7 they are unable to answer the phones for customer support while the movers are asking ME how to move the piano and expecting my help when I paid the amount that I have.

(Revised review) Small out of state move. Husband/ wife ownership I assume. Had serious delay issues with my move. Only AFTER the husband owner, Armando, took over the logistics, did we finally see results. He gave us constant communication and updates,including photos. The drivers, loaders and delivery crew, on point. Bottom line, the owner did the absolute right thing to take care of his customer, and gave NO excuses, even though he took a loss. Long mf journey, but thanks Armando.

Movers did not get all my stuff. Then they take 15 to 25 business days to deliver. Then the packers lied and said I did not want to pay extra for my storage units when I had already payed for the move. They did not have a big enough truck to get all my stuff. They came to load me in a penske rental truck. That they had already picked up another house. The day before so they did not have room for my things. When I booked the move I was told it would take a couple of days to get to the new house. Now it’s going to be a mouth. If I had been told this up front I would not have used this company. The operator will not work with me or even give me a refund for the storage that was left behind. Now I have to pay again for it to be moved and drive back to it which is a 12 hr drive. Not happy with this company

Terrible experience. The people were friendly. That’s the best i can say. Most of our furniture was damaged or missing pieces - solid wood furniture was cracked and gashed, a desk was just plain missing a crossbeam that had broken off and been left/discarded. Boxes were missing. The tv was cracked. Totes were crushed. An antique mirror was lost. A shocking number of our items were repacked haphazardly and were dirty. Broken things were repacked across multiple boxes - It was bizarre. I filed an insurance claim with them, per their directions. I have been following up regularly. They no longer reply. Apparently there is no insurance, and it was just a scam. Trying to replace half our belongings as a low income family with a disabled child right after a $5000 move to a new state has been extremely challenging. Do not trust this company.
