I just want to say that the disrespect I have gotten from this company the last two days was absolutely disgusting! They found a driver that moved my two cars from Florida to Washington. My car that is new and I have only had one year, got scratched up during transport. I simply wanted to know who I needed to contact in order to get this issue handled and they gave me an insurance company called Trisura that has emailed me back twice claiming to have no affiliation with the company. I reached back out to regal auto transport to inform them of what the insurance company told and now they are stating to contact my own car insurance. So why give me an insurance company to contact to begin with? I am now being redirected to make things easier on them. I got talked to badly, yelled at by a man, called a bad person, and I was not able to get a single word in and hung up on.This morning I got a call from the drivers dispatch stating that Regal auto transport told them that I have been trying to call them about my car and they were not answering, which I have never told them! The dispatch is stating there is nothing they can do! This company Regal auto transport is absolutely ridiculous and are now trying to create more unnecessary stress. The driver that picked up my cars came two days late and would not move our cars unless We paid him an extra $500 even after my contract was signed for a specific price, unfortunately we were leaving the next day to fly out and had no choice but to pay. When my car was dropped off I told the driver my car was scratched and he brushed me off. I have not experienced any kind of empathy and horrible customer service!

STAY FAR AWAY!! If I could give a zero I would. We were told we would get our car p/u in Pittsburgh and they would drop off in Tehachapi, Ca. They gave me one price, $1,000, then up’d the price $900. That was one day before they were suppose to pick up my car. So, I canceled with them and the worker, Ronnie kept trying to haggle with me and make it lower. Even had the audacity to say if I was paying $10,000 for a move whats a couple hundred dollars more. Who is this guy!?. I stood firm and told him I was canceling and will be going with someone else. They still sent someone, and when I questioned the guy they sent he told me he was with the new company I had called. I had no paperwork or emails on any code or anything like that…so, I believed it was the new company. They loaded my car and off they went. It wasn’t till they called to drop off that I realized what had happened. I then had to drive to Anaheim, Ca to p/u my car. Which was 3hrs away. This was horrible. What a nightmare! These guys are scam artists and I will do everything I can to make sure no one uses them! They are sneaky and deceitful!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL! They stole my car and I couldn’t do anything about it. They lied to my face! And RONNIE could care less about customer service…he is just out to make a buck! DANGEROUS!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I booked a load to ship 2 cars with a broker named Ronnie a month in advance. We agreed over the phone on a recorded line that the cars would be able to have personal items in it. The driver didn't show up until 12:20 AM (12 hours later than quoted and in the middle of the night) and it took about an hour to get the cars loaded. I had a flight and had to leave for the airport at 5 AM. When the driver arrived, he charged us $800 extra for an 'Overweight Fee' because the broker didn't advise the driver the cars would have items in them. I couldn't call the broker because it was 1:30 AM so I had no choice but to pay because I had to leave for the airport in a few hours. The driver also showed us the rate confirmation he received from the broker and it was $50 more than what I signed for. I called the next day and asked to speak with the broker Ronnie, who apparently is the owner. None of the other employees would let me speak to him and were all extremely rude. Finally, I get a call from a guy who called himself Jack, but by the looks of the other reviews it seems like that was probably Ronnie. I asked him to pull his recorded lines because he made it very clear the cars would be able to have personal items. He screamed at me right off the bat. He was extremely condescending, yelled at me to shut up multiple times, told me their words mean nothing and they won't pull my recorded phone calls, refused to give me a copy of the contract that I signed, told me that I was blatantly cheap, and then to top it off he threatened to call the driver and have him drop our cars off at the nearest storage facility and leave them there and he wouldn't deliver our cars and was going to make us pay to get them out of storage. Obviously it was an empty threat, but regardless it is extremely disgusting and unprofessional to be treated like that. They advertise themself as "US Car Transport" when they are actually Regal Auto Transport but they still broker these loads out. I will also be reporting this company for fraud, contacting my bank, and contacting the BBB.

I had no idea I was dealing with Regal until another company showed me my order on a national load board with the name Regal. They never showed up when scheduled. When I called to track my transport they yelled at me, cussed me out, & were extremely rude & condescending. Then I cancelled the order and he said I couldn’t do that and that I wouldn’t get my money back! Furthermore on the national load board my cars were scheduled to go to the wrong city!? Wonder if I would ever get my cars. Do NOT USE them. Ronnie is the worse SCAM ARTIST!

I just dodged a huge bullet. This company quoted me at $875 to pick my vehicle up and transport it from Chicago to Texas. We agreed on a pick up date to be this last Monday. We paid a $200 deposit. We finally get a call to get the car picked up. I confirm the pickup with the driver and the Regal Auto Transport calls me 2 minutes later. He tells me the driver is charging an additional $175 to pick up the car because gas went up. I tell him no I’m not paying an additional amount of money. We’ve already agreed on a price. He proceeds to tell me he has 20 other cars to be picked up so I need to make a decision now. I simply told him no and if it’s not for the same price we agreed I’m moving on. He calls me back and says the driver can do it for the original price. I tell them no, I want to cancel and he hangs up in my face. They won’t answer the phones. I’ll dispute it and get my money back for sure but stay away from this business. They are terrible.
