Park first then walk to the guard shack and check in, wait in your truck till they call you with a door. Once they call you Walk back to the guard and get paperwork. If you have two/three orders then you’ll dock two/three times. Go to door number break seal open doors and dock, then take paperwork to 1st shack and check in. Wait in your truck until they call you to come get your paperwork. “Take paperwork first to 2nd Shack then go dock” says the lady - but you can probably go dock then take the paperwork! 2nd shack will call you in once your paperwork is ready to pick up. Get paperwork and proceed to the Main Gate for final security checkout. Leave trailer door open. They do lumper. They have (2) porta johns in the docking area none at the staging area. Breakfast Van 🚐 showed up in the am. ***The wait in between dock doors might take 1 to 3 hrs. This varies depending on dock availability. Staff was professional. They dont give you parking and very rude and unprofessional. Do not think about the drivers and says that you cannot park in the parking lot even if its empty. They throw all the drivers to the road side shoulder and thats very dangerous and life threatening thing in terms of driver’s safety.

If I could give this company a zero I would. They want appointment for delivery they check you in on time but not promise when you will leave. It’s normally 4/5hr unloading time .if you have delivery in night then don’t worry back to the dock and sleep wake-up in the morning . They invited truck driver to stay there at night don’t worry about the parking.

Wait on dry the van side was 8+ hours to get offloaded. Bring plenty of food. You will check into 3 windows. Tip: When you get to the staging area past security, go ahead and do a post trip and shut down and just creep in when you get called for a dock. By the time you leave, you should have a full reset. Also, cancel any other loads you thought you might get to that day. No food truck here in the late morning or day, no vending machines on site, just dirty Porta Johns outside.

9 HOURS & COUNTING!!! Drop appt 330am, its now 1002am and we are still not unloaded. I called the phone number provided multiple times and unable to reach anyone. We had to give back a reload. Most of the reviews are the same and it doesn't make sense to move loads here if you can't schedule reloads within 10-11 hours. It's now 1207pm and were still not empty - this is horrible, pissed off our reload broker and we will never come here again. Carriers, drivers seriously get extra money for these drops. It's not even worth the extra money, we checked in at 330am and still not empty 1209pm!!!! Make customers pay you to drop here, because you will not be able to book reloads if you move loads here.
