If I could give this company zero stars I would. I was told when I had them move us that they would take care of the packing, moving, delivering, and setting up. 1. The packing was great, except while moving some furniture, they took a chunk out of the drywall and we had to replace and repaint. 2. When the driver showed up he told me he wasn't allowed to come down my driveway. He told me that if he parked on the street that they would cost me another two hundred dollars to move the items into our house. 3. He did not unload anything. My husband and son were there to take items that he handed them to take out. I took the blankets off of the furniture, myself. The driver was useless! 4. I'm missing a box from the truck. 5. The driver gave us a suitcase that did not belong to us. We gave it back to him and explained it wasn't ours. Now i'm sure he must've given our missing oox to another customer. My advice? Do NOT go with US Safe Moving!

OVERALL: Poor Customer Service. No reply for updates on delivery. Attempted to charge me DOUBLE the original quote. FOUR hours to load a small 2 bedroom apartment. Eagle Moving company should CEASE working with this company. They were able to defend the attempt to charge me $1300 extra by Daniel at US Moving. He still complained that my items were over sized even though the description of each item was VERY specific and we had 8 less boxes, rug and desks were left behind, canvas bags for easy carrying and smaller lighter boxes to alleviate heavy lifting. Everything was packed and tacked nicely. It’s been a week with no update on route or delivery. Should have taken the trip ourselves. I am not sure how long it will take to get our items considering the reviews I have read here…why would this company take a delivery if they had no intent on completing it in a timely manner. They have you believing there’s a planned date to arrive and will not provide updates once the date has come and gone. UPDATE: 7/29/24 I phoned Ussafe again and spoke to Alex who IMMEDIATELY over talked me, did not give me an opportunity to speak and LIED regarding the date to which I CLAIMED I would be available for delivery. Informed him I have a copy of the document signed 7/19 and indicated I would be available 7/26 which was THEIR first availability for delivery. He continued to be combative. I asked for a manager and he refused to allow me to speak to someone else stating he’s the manager. The unprofessional staffing and the lack of decorum is unsettling. Considering they have your personal items and no sense of urgency to provide updates or delivery. CC: Better Business Bureau

First, I will say the people were courteous and friendly, no issues there. However, make sure you fully understand the process and read the contract very carefully. The contract is way more important that anything anyone says to you as they will always default back to the contract. For my move I worked with Eagle Moving Group and US Safe Moving and our estimate was drastically low. Almost half the final price and since you are pretty much stuck for options when they arrive, you are almost forced to eat the difference. Also note that they do not drive you r goods straight to your drop off location. Rather they will be taken to Las Vegas to be offloaded and stored until another truck that can take multiple loads to your region is available. This can take a lot more time than you expect. So read the contract carefully and note that all timeframes are in business days rather than actual days so that the timeframes look shorter. I am not saying this to be a negative on the company, but if you are told all the things you need to hear to get you to sign the contract, just note that it is just fluff and make sure you know the facts of what will happen. This may still work for you or may not, but better than spending lots of money on something that does not meet your expectations. Like I did. I will say that I did end up with more damage on this one move than all my previous ones combined (7+).

****** PLEASE MAKE A CLAIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY************ DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. They are extremely shady and have zero respect for any of your belonging that they move. Initially I had issues with the broker who had set us the move but after everything was said and done this company was to blame just as much if not more. Not only were we blindsided by the cost to move everything from Colorado to Las Vegas but for the amount we paid we expected our furniture to arrive in the same condition it was picked up in. That was not the case. EVERY single piece of furniture they moved was damaged from being absolutely broken to the point we can’t use it anymore to scratches and paint being ripped off because they don’t know how to put tape on. Which is wild because this is a “moving company” Additionally since we went through a broker we had a separate contract that outlined additional moving fees. This is where it gets shady, they had our things and the movers came to our new apartment, it’s in an apartment so I assumed there was a carry fee. Our contract said that the fee was 100 feet free then $1 for each foot after that. This man came in and said that the carry free from the truck to our door was 600 feet… then proceeded to tell us it is $800on top of the already ridiculous increase we had to pay to get it here. Then the man says don’t worry though we can do it for $350 … at this point I don’t care and all I want is my stuff back since they were two days late to bringing it. I pull up the contract that we signed and it states that we get the first 100 feet free plus $1 per foot.. my boyfriend and I measure the length and it’s comes out to 150 feet .. I call the broker and the man on the phone literally lies and tells the broker it’s 600 feet and The guy and the broker pretty much said sorry out of luck. Absolute garbage way to do business. I move on and look at the statement that we receive and literally the man who charged us never documented that there was any carry fee on our final bill. I then call multiple times to get a clear answer as to the charges. We have the original copy that we signed and then magically the copy they have then has the carry fee scribbled on it after I stated I need the correct amount I was charged for my attorney. And the final cherry on top of this we made a claim for all of the damage that was incurred during this move by them. Our adjustable bed no longer works, my $600 day bed is beyond scratched and cracked and paint ripped off, all of the nightstands are shattered, my lamp is busted and can no longer stand on its own and we are missing shoe boxes that had hundreds of dollars of shoes in them that we watched get loaded on. After the absolute pain of going through putting this claim in they rebutted with $70 .. actually comical how someone can do business like this. Save yourself and use a different company!
