Showtime Movers were fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. This was one of the best experiences with a moving company I've had. They were prompt, organized, and knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond and helped move heavy furniture out of the house for neighbors to pick up, not just the scheduled items. Overall a really great experience and one that relieved quite a bit of the stress I was having over the move. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone moving in the South Bend area. Ernesto, Darrell, and Willie came to do our move and they were very great!!!! Communicated with us throughout the whole thing and were very professional and wrapped all of our furniture and were as careful as if it was there own! Ernesto, Jay, and Darrell were EXTREMELY thorough and professional! They were prepared with their MASKS and MUSCLES THEY! They were quick and effective! Highly Recommended. My husband and I didn't have to lift a finger once they arrived for our move! We couldn't believe how well they were able to pack everything so nice and fast! We're telling everyone we know about these young men for moving services!!

The crew was very friendly and polite. However they arrived 45 minutes past the communicated start time. We did have a few lost screws and one side of our upholsterd headboard frame was broken. Payment was strange. There was no breakdown of our services- no invoice. The crew called Jose when they were finished and Jose called me to give me a grand total which was much more than the estimate he gave me over the phone. He asked for zelle payment had me stay on the line as it went through. We moved our moving boxes by ourselves, prior to showtime's service. We also took apart and put together most of our own furniture, so I was surprised by the final time and cost of the move. Had I known the total was going to be $980 for 5 hours I would have gone with a standard moving company.

We had booked with these movers about 3 weeks out from our move. We needed two people to load and unload a UHaul for a 1 bedroom apartment. After going back and forth on email over availability, the person we were emailing asked us to text the companies number with our addresses and dates of the move to confirm. We did that, and I received a text from that number saying the move was booked. Since we booked about three weeks out, we just wanted to verify with this company that we were still good to go. We needed the movers on a Friday, so the Monday before I reached out via email to confirm our movers would show up. No response. So that Tuesday I called, left a voicemail, and sent an email. Still no response. That Wednesday I sent a text, called, left a voicemail, and emailed and I still didn't hear from the company. Finally, later that evening my girlfriend called and someone (finally) answered. When she asked if we were booked for Friday, the person said "I have you on the calendar, but we're still trying to find labor, I'll let you know either tonight or tomorrow morning". The person also said that they had lost their phone, which is why they weren't answering, which is an absolutely ridiculous response from a business owner. I've never heard of a company not having backups for, at a minimum, checking emails. A few hours after we got ahold of the company, I called over and asked for an update as to whether or not they had labor booked. The guy said in a hostile tone "I told your girlfriend I would call tomorrow with an update". When I asked him how he didn't have anyone booked yet, his response was "well we're brokers". As someone who deals with brokers for my job, this came off and completely asinine and irresponsible. We had booked these guys three weeks out, and they waited until less than 48 hours to book our labor, regardless of whether or not they had a missing phone. At this point, we were less than 48 hours from our move and we didn't want to risk not being able to book someone else, so we cancelled with this company (not to mention the guy sounded elated when I told him to cancel) and thankfully we managed to find a different company that was available. I would never use this company ever again. The customer service and communication was terrible and unprofessional. They caused more stress during a move, which is already extremely taxing on a person mentally. Waiting until the last minute like that to book your labor like that is mind boggling.
