Absolutely awesome service. Super sonic were professional and completed an amazing ask from us. Moving a 400 pound jukebox out of our upstairs unit to our new residence. Fragile and heavy and with 1 inch clearance on stairwell. They were up to the task and completed it flawlessly. Also they moved our entire household contents without a hitch. We put our trust in this company and they delivered. Will definitely use them again but hopefully not anytime soon ( as moving sucks ) would recommend to anyone in the area, and already have. Fast, efficient, reliable, personable, and affordable. Thank you Super Sonic

Juan and Matt were great! Showed up when promised and loaded our truck quickly. My sectional was too large to go out the same way it was brought in and they had to hoist it off the balcony.. warned me it would likely damage the couch but in the end there wasn't any caused. Thanks so much for your help, would highly recommend.

Total professionals! These guys worked hard, had fantastic attitudes, were very careful with our stuff and communicated well. We were exceptionally impressed and will be using them again in a couple of weeks because we had such a great experience with them. 5 stars for sure! They are the real deal.

This was close to being a 5-star review, because ultimately they did a good job of moving 99% our stuff, and I liked 2 out of the 3 guys. But there was a problem at the end with them damaging our house and a piece of furniture, and I was appalled at how they handled it, and ultimately Hector never fixed the problem (after saying he was a "man of his word" and would fix it) and then ghosted me. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone else. Here are the details if you're curious... One of the movers damaged the wall in our literally brand new house with a dolly. He came into the house and I asked politely what we should do about it? He answered very defensively something to the effect of, "I didn't do it on purpose. It is what it is. What do you want me to do about it?" It was very strange. I told him I didn't think he did it on purpose, but they should fix the issue, it's not OK to just gouge a wall. Later I noticed there was substantial damage to our dinning room table. It has been completely scratched to the point where I was sweeping up dust with my hand into a pile and throwing it away. At the end of the job, after a long day, they asked for me signatures (to release any liability) and payment. I said I had 2 problems, the damage to the wall and the table. The foreman proceeded to get heated and tell me he didn't do it on purpose and that I had told him it was OK for the table to take that level of damage. His conduct was uncalled for and highly unprofessional. He said he couldn't leave without payment. I told him to get Hector on the phone. Hector said as per my contract I needed to sign and give payment right away, regardless of any damage. I said OK, I will pay you half now and half when you fix the damage. Sounds reasonable, no? He said that's not how it works and that I agreed to allow him to fix anything afterward. He said, "I am a man of my word. I will have my handyman come out and fix it." One thing to note here is that there is obviously a company policy to have ALL of the workers sit on the truck and intimidate you to pay. The young workers who had absolutely no purpose there at this point, had their own cars and could leave ANY TIME, were made to wait around while I settled this dispute with Hector and the foreman, which took about 20 minutes. During the conversation, I was told that they would call the cops if I didn't pay right that moment, that they were going to go back into my house and take my stuff if I didn't pay, and that they wouldn't leave my property without payment, among other highly unprofessional and ridiculous statements. Ultimately, Hector said he would fix the problems, which to me were smaller than making a bigger problem with these people, so I caved and paid. I voiced my discontent with the way Hector does business, to him on text, with making his employees wait around and sit on the back on the truck to clearly intimidate people into paying (which really seemed like subcontractors, considering they showed up with a Uhaul truck!). He had no response to that. I gave his workers a tip via credit card. I have no confidence that it ever reached those workers, so that was a mistake. He did have his handyman reach out to me the next day. We made an appointment for 10am the next day to fix the issues. I contacted him the next day to see if he was still coming at 10. He said he was on another job and would come later. He never came, and never responded to any further texts. I texted Hector that his handyman stood me up, and he never responded to my text either. So there you go. Damaged my table and my wall, acted reprehensibly, intimidated me into paying, said he was a man of his word and would fix the problem, Handyman stood me up for my appointment, and then he ghosted me. All I can say is, use these guys at your own peril.
