I’ve gone out of my way to go to Sullivan’s. They have always done a great job. They go above and beyond when servicing my car. The service man Justin is beyond kind and helpful and will go the extra mile in taking care of your needs. He deserves a raise for literally running around taking care of everyone by himself. The owner should hire more people because it’s not fair to one employee running around frantically helping all the customers. The owner isn’t helpful either. After spending thousands and them having to keep my car for several days because they didn’t have parts (they did offer a loaner) the owner had the nerve to tell me they were going to charge me to detail the car since it had some sand in it but that they weren’t going to charge me. She shouldn’t have even mentioned that since I’ve spend thousands of dollars here and I have chosen them out of anyone else to be my mechanic. It just left a bad taste to do this! All in all the mechanics are very good and Justin goes above and beyond to take care of you and your cars needs. ***********UPDATE REVIEW****** It’s too bad I have To update my original review. As you can read above I was happy with my service however once I brought My car home things started going very bad. My brakes were screeching worse then before I brought it in and had them replaced. When I drove My car here 50 my entire car started shaking and felt like it was rolling over rocks which it has never done that. The power steering fluid I had Done didn’t seem to get done because the power steering is loud now. I was Told to drive like this for another week. I waited and came in at 8am. After two hours of waiting I see The mechanics finally get to my car. I should Have been the priority having to come back with issues they made and being the first one at the shop. Then to be told hours later while waiting they had to order a part. After checking on if my part has came in days later I had To come back a couple day later. Waiting hours again at the shop. I’ve had to wait at the shop for probably a total of 10 hours all while finding childcare. So long story short they had to replace a part they originally did ( the thing that was making my car shake after they did it the first time due to a “bad part”) and now they are telling me the rear brakes need to be replaced even though it was the fronts they originally said I needed Done and had done. And that is what’s making the screeching even though they didn’t do that until after they replaced the front brakes. Such a strange coincidence when I had my brakes checked the first time they only said it was the front ones so I had those replaced and now I have to drive around with them screeching. So all in all I’m beyond disappointed with the service. I’ve alway gone out of my way to come here and give them my business but after this last time I wont ever be coming back. I’m going to take my car and my money somewhere else. Just awful all around. I should Have been made the priority after the work the did was bad when trying to fix it but there was no urgency to make things right. ***Update They did end up fixing the axle after the third time. Followed up with calls to make sure things were okay. I just called to let them know the brakes they did are still screeching and the power steering is still making noise. I was Then berated and talked over on the phone because they are wanting me to give them a good review and I stated I’m not willing to do that yet until all of the repairs that were done are good! If you look at my recent review you can see that I stated that several of the repairs they did needed attention not just the one thing they fixed 3 times! Now these guys are treating me as if I’m the bad guy all because I want My car fixed. The owners did not step in and help in anyway. In fact they are siding with the employee instead of caring about customer service and taking care of clients. They also lost my wheel cap I’ve had to replace which was the front wheel they worked on yet no other wheel caps are missing. New brakes?? Check photo

We were very thankful today for the attention to detail and excellent customer service given by Justin when unexpectedly our tire pressure light came on. While they had a full schedule, he took the time to check our tire pressure and make sure we were safe to drive. We really appreciate businesses that go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend!

We were a long term customer with Sullivan’s, purchasing tires a number of times with great satisfaction. Unfortunately, our most recent experience, purchasing new tires, was very disappointing. They damaged our right front wheel speed sensor while installing our new tires which required a repair by our service expert, Marlow’s Motor-Werks (which I would highly recommend for any Mercedes service). Sullivan’s claims the damage was done prior to service which is not true. This car was just serviced at Marlow’s prior to the installation of the new tires. The service clerk never warned us of the issue when picking up the car and the manager blamed the issue on us. They didn’t care about our long term loyalty or fixing the problem. Obviously, we will not be using Sullivan’s in the future for any car service.

The entire team at Sullivan’s are great! Helpful, communicative and thorough! Rick took the time to make sure I understood and answered my questions. Technicians work clean and the quoted time frame was met, no long wait times and honestly, they got me in when I didn’t even have an appointment.

We arrived for car week after a long drive up from Big Sur. Somewhere we picked up a screw in the tire. The Porsche dealer couldn't fix us up, but recommended Sullivan's and they saved the day! They did an AMAZING job for us in a pinch. Same day service and super nice staff. We have an unusual car with an unusual tire situation. They had the tools that Porsche didn't have. Great communication throughout the day as well.
