I'd like to say the owner of Tom Sadler and Associates was nice. He was easy to talk to. The plan was for him to help fix my website. He felt our SEO was the biggest issue. I have to say he made it clear our line work was not typical for him. He has also been very responsive, which I appreciate. This is why I gave him the first 3 stars. After that, since I worked with the owner on my page got less and less attention. I finally reached out to a friend of mine in marketing who literally said, "what did he do for your SEO other than change the 5 key words." In the a little over a week I've learned a lot about SEO and marketing because I needed to try to recover my lost business. I'm out the money I paid to Tom Sadler and Associates. 'been working around the clock to try to fix the issues googling what I need to do. Since then I've consulted with two professionals who have helped me. It might be too little too late for this season, but I've learned a lesson. The worst part was Tom Sadler and Associates was recommended to me by Wix with all 5 star reviews. I really though I was being taken care of. All I did was lose money and now I have a huge headache and I'm almost out of time for our seasonal work. They made us a contact page. I did appreciate that. But they never got it go to the right email. I would think as website professionals that would have been easy. I figured out how to do it, I googled it. He did make a blog page for me. Which I have learned, is mildly important. So I do appreciate that. But there are other things like meta tags that are far more important for search position on Google. None of that work was done, which anyone who is an SEO professional would take care of. Maybe Tom Sadler and Associates usually does better for other people. To me it felt like more of an easy money scam. Don't just go on my review.
