DO NOT VISIT this doctor!!! SCAM ALERT. Been to this doctor few times every time there is a bill for services that were not provided. When you call them someone from some other country answers the phone and they keep confusing you beetween back office / front office, the bill is for this date, that date. Very sneaky. Wait times are always crazy.

Very nice and professional demeanor. He has a most excellent bedside manner and he thoroughly explained my condition and literally put me at ease. I felt very comfortable. Although have had just one visit, I have no hesitancy about returning to his practice. His office staff are very courteous from beginning to end of visit.

BEWARE of any doctor who attempts to double charge patients who may be unsuspecting. Unethical. In addition to being unimpressed by the level of service at this practice, I suddenly received a bill several months later with a balance I didn’t owe for co-payments that had been paid at time of visit. I never had this problem anywhere else. It’s unpleasant, to say the least, when a patient receives a bill for a balance not due, although not surprising after my overall experience there. During a telephone call regarding this bill, the receptionist from the doctor’s office claimed the insurance was charged and that the balance owed was my portion. The insurance agent who called with me responded to her that as patient, I was only responsible for co-payments which had been paid already and for which the bill was sent. There were actual descriptions of “co-payment” for each amount due on the bill. The receptionist was surprised to learn that a representative from my insurance was on the phone with me to give her this information and correct her false claim. At that point, her argument changed and she wanted to call me back after checking the bill in their office. The insurance representative responded that we would wait on hold while she did so. When no one came back to the telephone and the call just dropped, the insurance representative called back while I was on hold this time. The representative then told me the receptionist had checked their system and confirmed that my co-payments had been paid, something she hadn’t bothered doing when I had initially spoken to her, affirming that I owed a remaining balance instead. Her story changed repeatedly, even after this, which in itself is not normal. She also gave the billing number for the person in charge and “responsible” for this and advised the insurance representative to call it. The phone number she provided was the same as on the bill itself which I had called previously. There was consistently no one available at that number. My insurance representative then went ahead and rang that billing number provided, while I was still on the line, and was also unsuccessful in getting through to anyone. We proceeded to call the doctor’s office back to let them know of this and the receptionist who answered blatantly hung up on the representative as soon as she heard it was a call from the insurance, unaware that I was still part of the conversation to witness this. When we called again, only I spoke this time and the receptionist’s story changed once more. She now claimed I owed co-payments. She was unaware that the insurance agent was on the phone with me too (with whom I had stayed on the telephone throughout the entire process). This directly contradicted what she had just told the agent a few minutes prior. It was only after I finally got upset, logically, and objected to this false information again, asking her how many other patients they did this to, that the receptionist said I would no longer be billed. The insurance agent then spoke on my behalf while I was still upset and the receptionist proceeded to mumble something rude and hang up again. The insurance lady told me she couldn’t believe her ears, as I couldn’t either, when the receptionist suddenly claimed I owed anything. These people are corrupt and unethical as well as extremely rude. The fact that this happens at all in healthcare is shameful. Sad that these are the standards of service from some providers, let alone in cardiology. They are being reported to the BBB as well.

The absolute best!!!! He was able to figure out what was wrong with me on my first visit to his office where I had struggled with other doctors to figure it out. I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Varinder. He always makes sure he explains everything in great detail and definitely cares about his patients. Awesome experience!!!

The only Dr that listened to all my symptoms that I've been dealing with for 1year and 3 months. He figured out what I have on my first appointment by listening to me and taking a look at my testing already done. I was in tears because Im closer to finding the answers and he explained the illness! I've been struggling so long with this, people and Drs made me feel like I was crazy but Dr Singh understood everything and knew the answers! He did 3 test on me on my first appointment and another the same week! He has many test available in the office! Very convenient! He is also scheduling me to do a test to confirm my diagnosis and sending me to a specialist for it. I'm very pleased with him as a Dr and a person. He's so caring, polite, involved in everything in the office, and very informative. I love this this Dr!
