We had a mobile home that was built in 1881, our old home's had major leaks in the kitchen, the window and our bathroom, it needed a new other things. We went to Alliance model homes on Monterey highway and meet Alexander Ho, he was amazing from the first day, I am a new to this process and also knew that I would need an agent that would be able communicated with my mom as well. There is three Alex at Alliance but Alex Ho is only Vietnamese speaking. I'm so amazed at how much knowledge Alex, we glad to seem Alex, he listened to what we wanted, which is something this model has never had done before, we also love how flexible Alex was. Our home was ready in the time we were given and the walk through with the warranty team and Alex was great, he surprised us with bag of gifts I would recommend my neighbors and my coworkers to do trade-in with Alliance Homes. Thanks Alex for making our first time home buying experience a great one and we will work with him again. I can't thank Alex enough for our new home. Appreciate and thankful is understatement. Our home is a dream come true.

Prior to upgrading to our new home my family of 5 adults were living in a 2-bedroom 2-bath 1,100 square foot 1964 mobile home. The home was incredible small and completely outdated. The walls were made of a Masonite material, the windows offered limited protection from the elements and if we used too many appliances at one time the breakers would constantly fail. We were referred by our niece (who also upgraded her home) to Alex Ho; we went to Alliance Homes and were met with nothing but smiles and encouragement from the time we entered their offices. We were introduced to Alexander Ho (our salesmen) and instantly developed a relationship that has continued far beyond the purchase of our home. Alex catered to of every need regarding the purchase and insured that we were completely satisfied throughout the entire process. There were many steps in the process of customizing our home that I never imagined existed, but I was comforted knowing that Alex was both competent and knowledgeable to address all our concerns. Throughout the process we spent countless hours over several days on the phone, in his office and emailing to ensure that every detail was gone over and understood by both he and us. The communication was key because of the many changes that take place as we were making decisions. We were told at the onset that once our old home was removed it would be approximately 10-weeks to complete the process of delivery and setup; we were pleasantly surprised that despite all the rain we had, it only took 8 weeks. When we did the walk through, we were amazed at how all the small details came together so well to create a beautiful home. We are so pleased with every upgrade we chose from the crown molding to the 60-foot awing that completely covers our driveway. We upgraded everything we possibly could just so we could move in without having to do anything. I would tell anyone reading this review; if you can upgrade your home do so and I also highly recommend Alexander Ho as your sales agent and Alliance Manufactured Homes as your dealer.

We had a mobile home that was built in 1975. It was starting to get leaks in the roof, it needed a new kitchen, and many other things. We went to Alliance model homes on Monterey Highway and met Alex. He was amazing from the first day! He explained everything to us and took a lot of time with us. We even went to another mobile home show room and we were so disappointed with the agents. No one helped us or even showed us their models like Alex did. We decided to get a home from Alliance because of Alex. Alex walked us through all of the steps from the first day until the last day. He would call, email and text us to let us know what was happening and just to check in with us. He listened to what we wanted, and he was even able to have bookshelves and a mantle designed and put into our home, which is something this model has never had done before. Alex was able to answer every question we had, and he even drew our attention to things I would have never thought of. Alex went above and beyond our expectations and I would tell anyone who was looking to Upgrade or Trade In their mobile home to go through Alex. You will not be disappointed! Our home was ready in the time we were given and the walk through with the warranty team and Alex was great! They had a list of things they were going to touch up, things I would never have seen. A few of my favorite features in the house is our mantle and bookshelves over the fireplace, the farmhouse sink and our shower head. I would tell my family, neighbors or anyone else thinking about getting an Upgrade to do it. It was the best decision we have ever done, and to definitely have Alex as your agent.

Alex Ho was our realtor agent who helped our family in purchasing a brand new manufactured home. We saw the sale posting in front of the place and contacted the phone number on there. Since my parents were more comfortable in speaking Vietnamese, we were referred to Alex to guide us throughout the whole process. Alex was really helpful in answering any questions or concerns that our family had. He has been in the industry for 7+ years, so he’s super knowledgeable and has invaluable experience to help us purchase the place fast. Thanks to his expertise, the process of applying for park approval was smooth and speedy. He also referred us to our lender who gave a good rate on the loan. From our first touring of the place to when we moved in, it took only 2 months, and that was because the place was not finished building yet when we first toured it! Overall, Alex went above and beyond to help our family and we couldn’t be happier with such an amazing realtor agent.
