Hired on as a casual driver but never worked for them. Quit over an automatic enrollment benefits issue since I was a casual driver and haven't worked a single hour. HR tried to get me to submit a form with insurance information from my other full time job which was uncalled for and when I refused, they did try and refer me to the President of the company. This was a matter of HR and a benefits company not even trying to correct their error and trying to pass this back onto the employee. I leveled resignation which is what they accepted however they managed to get around the from submission and when I offered to stay on, they had me turn in my badge. This all could have been avoided had the HR department chosen to correct their own errors rather than involve their employees in their own errors. Messaged the President and never heard back so I guess that is how far you rank in terms of importance as a casual driver recently hired on but not offered much in the way of work. The field supervisor failed to get involved in my complaint other than send me poor communications saying "Thanks for letting us now." Waste of my time and theirs and for the record, I did have an excellent record with my last trucking company while I feel this company never gave me a chance based on my experience to date. Next time correct your errors as it was not the company's business to pry into my benefits from my other job and all I got was a sorry for your inconvenience without offering up a decent solution to solving the issue. Yes I can pass a background check at the Federal level and gain a badge and do the work just like I was doing for the last company. It just doesn't sound like the logistics are there necessarily and when I asked key questions in regards to ELD's in the trucks, I never got an answer. On the plus side, I just bide my time and just selectively choose who to drive for next while being weary of any other CA based company I work for next. Only reason I'm writing this is due to a lack of response from the President of the company and how HR initially handled the situation which was poorly in my view. I reported an error in good faith and felt I was asked to go out of way to provide information no one was actually entitled to. For the record, I did like what I was doing and liked to drive and do the loading and unloading on the USPS dock and was taught how to use USPS's electric pallet jack so I could have been a good asset for a fill in. I take it though any qualified driver can do the same. Regardless of what I think, I do wish them well under the circumstances but I just don't think they were as good as the last trucking company I worked for. Not planning on working for them or being asked back necessarily. There were two mail carriers I've worked for in my lifetime where I was treated decent, worked, and volunteered for the harder routes. I guess it was just my time to take a break and in the end I got recognized and got a lion's share of the work prior to stopping driving temporarily. The last trucking company gave me a chance to come back after taking a break from the industry where it all came back to me and I was very grateful for the recent trucking experience gained. Just depends on what is out there next.

This company deserves a negative 5 star rating they force you into taking company health insurance that doesn't pay anything. The post office pays 5.03 per hour up to 40 hours a week for health and welfare. So I emailed them to find out where money was going and I didn't get no answer back. So in my opinion I think he's stealing from his employees Terry Rogers

Company is severely behind with the times and is usually understaffed. Blue Eagle is unreasonable when it comes to off time that you agreed to with supervisors. Training is also done very poorly.

Outstanding company... Awesome work environment.. Great pay... Christian company...
