This was my first move as a military wife — the process was seamless and easy. I got confirmation texts about my scheduled arrival/pick up time; Elijah and his cousin were fantastic to work with, friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to! They packed my items up carefully, inventoried them accurately, and all around this was a great experience :)

We had such a great delivery of our household goods with this moving company. The crew was efficient, kind and very respectful of our things and our home. It’s was a 3 person team that worked so hard! We were very happy with the company and the team! Would highly recommend them to everyone!

The 2 guys moving our stuff for an international move were very professional. We didn't have much but I feel like we don't have to worry about anything being broken in transit to our new place. Highly recommend despite the bad reviews. We even got the story about the people before us and even when reading it, we feel like they felt very entitled and we were correct once we heard the whole thing. These movers are great and deserve all the praise!

I'm not a customer of this business. I picked up from this facility and it's stuff everywhere. Drivers you have a 100% chance of rolling over a nail and other debris that can puncture your tires. If you catch a flat or see a nail in your tire chances are it came from here.

When the movers arrived, we told him right up front that we wanted a full unpack. The leader said that it was good that we told him that ahead of time because most people wait until the last minute to tell them that, and that it made it easier for him to plan. He repeated several times that “it’s good that you told me” and told us that he would only be bringing us 1 of the 3 trucks today because it was a full unpack. I explained that we needed mattresses to sleep on that night, and he told us that he would only unload 1 truck today. The Navy move coordinator got involved, and I explained that they could do the unpacking tomorrow, but that I wanted all 3 trucks unloaded into the house today so we would have mattresses to sleep on. The movers understood, and the arrangement was for all 3 trucks to be unloaded the first day. The movers started working, and my husband asked the leader if they had covers for the carpet so they wouldn’t get the carpet dirty. It was raining so we wanted to make sure our carpets didn’t get dirty. The leader said he forgot the covers. He said that they would unload everything into the garage and when they came back with the second truck he would bring the covers for the carpets. After they unloaded the first truck, the leader left 2 movers at our house. The 2 movers told me they were upset with the leader for making them move boxes twice and that they needed to go cool off. They went for a walk in the neighborhood. When the leader came back with the second truck, he had more movers with him. It was raining hard enough in Norfolk that streets were shut down and he was able to bring additional movers to our house to help. They started working again, and my husband asked him about the covers for the carpet. The leader said he forgot them again. My husband told him that the movers were going to get the carpet dirty and that he was going to have to pay to have his carpets cleaned. The leader pulling out a wad of cash and said, “Here, I’ll give you $100 to get your carpets cleaned.”. My husband said he didn’t know how much it would cost to get the carpets cleaned and that he just wanted the covers to protect the carpet. The leader said, “That’s it. I’m shutting it down.”. He told all the movers to stop working and that they were leaving. Most of our belongings had not been unloaded. We had 3 twin mattresses and no furniture put together. The moving company left a family of 5 with 3 twin mattresses to sleep on. The next day there was a different leader. Around 3pm they were pushing to leave, even though they were not done with their work. They left 3 pieces of furniture unassembled, even though I showed them several times the screws that went with the furniture. They claimed it was the wrong set of screws. The Navy had to hire a different company to put those 3 items together, and the second company was able to put it together, using the exact screws I told the first company to use. The Navy coordinator admitted that they know this is a bad moving company and that they only use them as a last resort. Hopefully other people can avoid this company at all costs!!
