It was a pleasure to work with Coast to Coast for our move. I did a walk through with Jennifer and received a reasonable estimate between $1,100 to $1,200 for 3 movers, one truck, and 7 hours to move a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The final price I paid was around $1,500 with tip. We worked with Anthony, Patrick, and Micheal. They arrived at 9:15 am, carefully wrapped, packed and loaded up everything efficiently in about 4 hours. Anthony consistently checked in with us about which items were being moved and when a room was completely cleared. Both locations were less than 3 miles apart so transporting our stuff did not take long. The team unloaded of the truck into our new place in about 3 hours. They were very fast and efficient. They had great communication. For example, as they moved stuff in, they asked where we would want boxes placed. Even when it was time move heavier furniture into the apartment, they would make space and put furniture in the right place. I would use Coast to Coast for a future move. Our family was relocating out of state to OR. We did get several moving quotes from big companies and also this local company. Coast 2 Coast was by far the best pricing and flexibility. Jessica came over to look over our stuff and gave us a reasonable quote. She was super kind and flexible with the end destination as we did not have a rental in place yet in OR. The whole move was easy and seamless. They came right on time and loaded everything up and they arrived as they said, and unloaded everything. Jessica made it as easy as a move can be, still stressful, but easier. Kudos!

That means that once your stuff is loaded onto the truck, it stays on the same truck until it gets to the final destination. Sometimes with the same crew. This is a huge benefit to the customer. My wife and I just moved from San Diego to the Chicago Area. Making a move from one state to another can be an exciting new adventure, but it can also be very stressful. Coast 2 Coast took all of the stress out of our move. Working with Jessica (one of the owners) was an absolute pleasure! She has a great positive personality, and her response time is impeccable! She stopped by our house and was quickly able to figure out how much room we would need on the truck for all of our stuff, and gave me an estimate for the cost to move it all. Their prices are very reasonable, and they offer a few different options that will fit any budget. The great news is that the original estimate that she gave me was the final cost I paid. The last time my wife and I moved from New York to San Diego, we used one of the huge moving companies. They gave is an original quote after seeing our stuff, but once they loaded it into the truck, the price went up significantly. Our choice was to either pay the more expensive rate, or they would take everything off the truck. Classic bait and switch! At Coast 2 Coast they do not play any of those games. They are a very honest company that you can trust. The crew that loaded all of our stuff on the truck were all very friendly. They worked hard and were efficient. It didn’t take them long to load it up at all. Jessica even stopped by to make sure everything was going well, and to make sure that we were happy with the load up. We were also able to schedule the exact day that we wanted the truck to arrive at our new house. With the bigger moving companies, it can take several weeks for you to receive your stuff because they work with contractors. This means they may have to take your stuff off one truck and load it into another truck. The more you have to handle the load on the truck, the more likely something can get damaged or lost. The crew that loaded all our stuff off the truck at our new house was just as good as the good as the first crew. Very friendly and efficient. Both crews took extra special care to ensure that all our stuff would make it safely to our new home. We had a great experience with Coast 2 Coast Moving Inc., and I’m sure you will to. If I could give them more stars I would. This was my second move with Coast to Coast and I can’t say enough good things. The owner is great. the move easy. She is super professional, personable and ensures you are comfortable with everything. My stuff arrived quickly and without damaged. All the moving guys were exceptional and professional … extra shoutout to Anthony. After 30+ moves with the large corporate moving companies I can say you will not be disappointed with cost savings with Coast to Coast. I consider myself a good judge of movers and they are without a doubt AMAZING. The best movers in SD.
