I'm having a very similar experience to the rest of the 1 star reviews. I had a pick up window that ended last week. I have been attempting to get a response from someone from the company to try to figure out where my stuff is. One the day of our pick up, the foreman (Hannah) tripled our quote and would not load the truck unless she was venmoed the money. Once the loading was done, she guaranteed a three week delivery time. She was incredibly rude to my wife. I have been trying to reach her since and have not received a call back. The man who wrote me my quote is "no longer with the company". I will be contacting the authorities within the next few days as I believe that this company is a scam. When I called the person who initially set up the quote- Tommy, I was unable to reach him via email or phone call. I called every day for three weeks and never got a return call. Update: 1 week after posting this and 6 weeks after they initially picked up my stuff- I was informed that my stuff would be arriving in the next few days. When it arrived, there were multiple boxes of broken items, foot prints all over our furniture and some of my items were missing. When I reached out the managers to ask what they would be doing regarding my property that was stolen while in their possession, all I got was crickets. I will get to the bottom of this. Here is the update on the situation: I was finally able to get Fidelity to send me their claims information- it took about 6 weeks to get a hold of someone. When I filled out the information, my claim was turned down because the company that arrived to pick up my stuff (MyPro Movers- who was out sourced by Fidelity) claimed they never made the move and it was Fidelity that made the move. When I contacted Fidelity, they claimed it was MyPro Movers who made the move not them. So this is where we are at currently. Unfortunately there has been no resolution to the situation. My possessions that were stolen were never “found” and when I tried to file another claim- the representative who I spoke to wanted to know if this problem could be settled without filing a claim (Talya). So far this issue has not been settled has none of the representatives I spoke to or worked with answer the phone or return my calls. I cannot imagine that any of the positive reviews of this company are real. Don’t do what I did and fall for it- this company is a scam and will take your money, your valuable thjng won’t make it to the destination and it will take a long time for your stuff to show up. I can promise you that if you use this service, the chances of your stuff making it in one piece is low and the chances of your more valuable stuff getting a pair of legs is very high. This company is awful and I hope no one ever has to go through working with them.

So for the first time ever I decided to use a moving company instead of moving myself bc it seemed easiest. I paid a huge deposit which seemed way to much for a deposit. They calculated my square footage incorrectly so upon arrival they wanted almost 3k more to take all of my stuff. Most of us don’t just have an extra 3k lying around so I could only move half of my stuff. I still have to go back for the rest. They were a day and a half late for pickup. 10 days later they come with my stuff and the boxes looked horrendous. A lot of my fragile items that had such sentimental value to them are broken and ruined. I’ve lost so many items that are completely ruined forever and cannot be fixed or replaced. I should have NEVER used a moving company. I cannot believe I paid over 4k to only end up with half of my stuff and so many items completely broken. I will be calling to complain and will never ever suggest anyone use this company. Save yourself the headache, money, and heartbreak from losing precious items.

My husband read the reviews on Google concerning Fidelity van lines and saw how good the reviews were. He contacted the company in April 2022 to get a price quote for a move from Tallahassee, Florida to Logan, Utah for 7/24 or 7/25. He gave the agent, Matt, the addresses for the move, the size of the move & the date we needed delivery. We were given a quote of $2800 and had to give a $950 deposit to book the date. On 7/21, my husband called Matt to confirm the date and time of pick up but had to leave a message because he did not answer his phone. We then contacted customer service and was told that we would get a call back on Friday 7/22. surprise, surprise! No call back. We contacted both Matt and customer service several times on Saturday and Sunday with no response. We were leaving for Utah on Tuesday 7/26, so we scrambled on Sunday and Monday to find another moving company to no avail. We contacted Fidelity on Monday morning when they opened and was told by the rep that they did not have a driver for us. This company breached their contract and we requested an immediate refund from our deposit. Several hours later we got a call from the company stating they could be there Monday afternoon but we could not get delivery of our belongings for two weeks which was unacceptable. we had to scramble to find a rental moving truck to do the move on our own which was very stressful. I contacted BBB and filed a complaint only to find there have been 18 complaints against this company within a year and a half of its two-year existence. This website states it is a MOVING COMPANY however, it is a MOVING BROKER.

STOP. Don’t do it!!! Broker Company. Matt Preston in Columbus, OH.Broker. He collects a $1K deposit then he’s gone! Four Seasons Van Lines shows up, increases required money to load the truck, then steals all your stuff! Say good-bye to everything you own. No joke! Take pictures of everything you own, read the contract & don’t let them cross out the repayment section, if your stuff goes missing. These companies are crossing State lines, therefore it’s a Federal crime, not State! The FBI is now getting involved. I’m not racist. Many of these owners are from Turkey or over seas. They string you along to make you believe they are delivering your stuff, but something always comes up. A new excuse emerges. They are very good liars and have their lies memorized. Update! Most of our stuff showed up 42 days later. Many items were broken, destroyed entirely or missing all together. Make sure your renters insurance or homeowners insurance is up to date. You will most likely need to make an insurance claim. I do recommend having the police on sight when they do finally deliver. Also, if you record them they can leave your stuff on the curb, like they did to us.

The first representative, who sold us, was super nice. Then, I could no longer contact him. Then, I spoke with Mike from Q/A, who corrected our address and then also, our cubic footage - to less. We were unaware, our fault for not double checking, but why would I check? I trusted them. But somehow, the cubic ft got changed. I was also told by the frost representative, Tommy, it would take 3-5 days to receive our possessions. When the movers came, we were told 5-7 days AND A DIFFERENT PRICE. So, I paid the third they asked when we signed with Tommy, $770, that was the first contract NOT the revision. When the movers came I had to pay a different amount. MORE for less cubic ft. And I went through every single box with both representatives I spoke to before the movers came out. I had my boxes inventoryed. Nothing was added like they like to claim people do to them. So, here I am 6 days out from my alleged delivery date - going off what I was told by the first two representatives and the movers & I have nothing. I tried to call Tommy and Mike back and both of them are unavailable and no longer returning calls. So, I contacted customer service today and I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I was speaking with a supervisor. This woman did not bother to listen to what I was saying but rather wanted to argue their contract and then tell me I was being unreasonable for being upset. She literally hung up on me because she would not listen to my frustrations. I would advise if you're going to use this company, get a lawyer to read your contract. Or, don't use them.
