The Bay area real estate market is absolutely crazy and you want Joe in your court when you are bidding with 13 other buyers for your dream home. We evaluated a few other agents and have also used Redfin agents. I would highly recommend Joe over any of those. He always answers the phone and promptly replies to your messages. Joe was on time for all our appointments and he was extremely accommodating of our schedules. Most importantly he is transparent and patient; buying a house is an emotionally charged experience and Joe kept us leveled through our highs and lows. Joe has a good understanding of the market and is always looking to learn more. he advocated our interests with the seller's agent and was also instrumental in convincing the seller to go with our offer. Highly recommend!

Joe has been the most instrumental part of the home buying process for our family. As a first-time homebuyer, Joe guided us through each of the steps with patience, understanding, and wisdom shown through his expertise. We were super impressed with his communicative nature, juggling the conversations between us, the title company, the lender, and the buyer side. His optimistic attitude from the putting in the offer to getting the keys helped bolster our attitudes when we had doubts during the multiple delays that transpired during escrow. The Bay Area housing market is so competitive, without Joe, I am sure we would have been looking for many more months before finding our home. After the quick sale of our Mom’s Walnut Creek condominium, we called Joe Haws when she needed to make an expedient home purchase closer to us on the Peninsula. Budget-busting sales prices? Minimal inventory? Maximum buyers? Record low interest rates? How about a pandemic to make things extra interesting? To say we “felt pressure” is putting it mildly! Add to this our desire to not overwhelm Mom with the process (and the dire real estate market news) and you get the picture. But, thankfully, Joe was up to the challenge. Joe worked quickly and diligently, showing us a range of options that fit Mom’s budget, while graciously stepping back to allow our family to make thoughtful decisions. He offered creative solutions and was available at the eleventh hour to answer questions. Over the course of several weeks, in an unprecedented market, Joe never lost his focus and patience. He kept his ear to the ground, and networked with other agents, to make sure we were among the first to see any newly listed property.
