Just bought a brand new Chevy Traverse here at Capitol Chevrolet. I first connected with Ivan several weeks back and he has honestly made this process an absolute dream for us! We were beginning to feel discouraged from searching and searching for a specific build, we went to 6 different locations and we either were told they had the car and they actually did not and tried to sell us something else, or they would not allow custom builds. We swung through Capitol Chevy and were greeted right away by Ivan, he was very informative and took us inside to see if any of the vehicles we wanted were in transit. There were not and they did not have an allocation for a build, but he said to send over the build code and the first one to open he would get us in, we were skeptical- but it was not even a week later he had our build submitted for production! We were impressed by his regular follow ups, he kept open communication through the entire lead time, he said it would take 9-12 weeks and it arrived back in 5 weeks which was such an amazing surprise! Then when it had arrived he let us know promptly and everything was ready and set up upon arrival which made the purchase experience very efficient and as seamless as possible. Ivan also took the time to give us a tour of the location, taught us how to use the app, walked us through the car features and truly just went out his way to make my husband and I feel very welcomed and comfortable, like old friends. I would recommend Ivan as a sales rep (and Capitol Chevrolet) for anybody who is looking to purchase a vehicle since his attention to detail, commitment to perfection, and too-notch transparency and communication made this such an amazing experience for us! Thanks again Ivan and Capitol Chevrolet for being absolute all-stars in the Bay Area and for delivering excellent results when all others couldn’t. You honestly deserve 10 stars!

Very honest and the best price around. Our sales guy Armando was great and very knowledgeable. Bart in finance was amazing and gave a great breakdown on all the warranties. The whole experience was easy and never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. We ended up with the perfect family car.

I love the customer service here. Walked in saw some cars and found one right away. Giselle was awesome in helping me find the perfect one for me and in my budget! And let’s not forget Marcos he helped me finalize the paper work and gave me more great news in the end with a better payment. They will be the first ones I recommend to my friends and family when they are thinking of buying a car. I will absolutely be coming back.

Good overall experience. From inquiring to purchase was about 24 hours. They were willing to hear my reasonable offer and meet me in the middle. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Nelson and Marcos were kind and transparent, it was a nice change of pace from the usual dealership experience. Keep in mind I haven’t purchased a vehicle in over 10 years. Price of the car was fair compared to other places coming in at lower price which is nice. My only one issue is the adding of the security thing that was added to the total bill that cannot be removed which was a $595 add on. I should have fought harder to have that removed or discounted since I didn’t want it. Overall, I’d go back and work with that team for my next car purchase.

Everything was fine up until Joseph started ignoring my calls and texts after I told him my insurance needed to get a diagnostic from him. I decided to take my business elsewhere and won’t be coming back to this dealership anymore since this is the second time I get bad service. Was reading through the other reviews and seems other people where ghosted too.
