I paid to get my vehicle out fair and square, no problem $490 for 2 day I was not going to argue, when I got it out and home I noticed some of my belongings were missing from my backpack. They definitely stole from me when I trusted them that my vehicle was safe. I noticed when I went in the lobby smelled like some kind of weird drugs, the were acting like they were intoxicated and a lady named Wendy kept trying to charge me more and more one of the other associates had to tell here stop. I was honest about paying the fee to having some of my personal belongings stolen by the associates, absolutely not fair at all, I just want my stuff back, this company should be closed up, they are bad for business and can not be trusted.

Terrible customer service the lady there doesn’t have a clue of the process of what she’s going I rented a car through hertz and they are trying to force me to pay the fees of which I’m having to wait for one of there reps to pick the car up when I was there to get the car on Memorial Day but because of there policies now I’ve lost my car and almost my job doesn’t matter what I’ve done if I’m able to fix it let me do so but being a plain jackass about things is not profitable nor professional!!!!

The owner is extremely rude. It feels like they are their own kind of mafia, they feel protected and invincible; therefore, they fool their customers and charge them insane amount of money for nothing. We paid an additional $100 for picking up our car on holiday, and he didn’t even bothered to get to us as soon as possible, he started to do his own unfinished business, and it’s like, really? Charged us for 7 days instead of 6. I just wish Police departments wouldn’t deal with companies like this one.

Absolute thieves that will steal any vehicle and rack up fees and not even care if the owner of the car had ever been notified the vehicle was recovered. I had my vehicle stolen and they did not notify me it was recovered until 14 days later I found out it was recovered after they racked ip over 1000 dollars in fees. This is THEFT.A I AM A VICTIM OF THEFT AND NOW THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY. THEY WILL GLADLY RACK UP FEES FOR ANY CAR AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION. WENDY WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY ZERO CONSIDERATION THAT IVE BEEN A VICTIM. She couldn't even help point me in a direction or stop more fees from incurring while went out of state to get tbus car picked up.

These people were very disrespectful. My sister-in-law is deaf and since she was not able to understand all their rules about daily charges, she had a $499 fee imposed on her. She was in a terrible wreck and for keeping her car for less than 72 hours they will do this injustice. She went there to try to get her car out the day after her accident. She was there at 4pm and was going to have her car picked up to avoid additional charges. Just for 2 days they were charging her $361. But because her AAA truck was going to be there a little after 5, they said they would not wait. SO she was unable to get her car out. When my husband called to try to ask for some mercy for her they were disrespectful to him and hung up on him. The manager Ralph did this. What a terrible company. The only nice person there was Jessica but she was powerless to do what's right. I hope the owner can make things right.
