There is a pattern here... Same thing as others have said: you absolutely need to document every single item WITH the driver before he leaves or they'll never reimburse you. They won't even notify you the damages they are aware of... Part of the damages was on my motorcycle and they claimed this could have happened while I was riding it... even though it was winter time (lots of snow here) and I could not even ride on the streets as it would have been illegal anyway during that time of year.

Initial interactions with company was neutral and we chalked up the negatives to our stress of relocating one thousand miles. There was a fair amount of miscommunication from within the group that did not help matters. Their movers damaged the exterior our refrigerator and then successfully guilted us into not reporting it (our fault in the end). We found that they also broke our dining room table by standing on it but put it back together to cover up the damage and did not tell us. We now can’t get this company to respond. I would caution whoever uses this group to make sure you document everything and not sign off on your service until you can confirm that ALL of your valuables are in their original condition. This will be our SOP from now on and will attempt to avoid using their services.

What an absolute disgrace! Purchasing and paying for "full valuation coverage" doesn't mean a thing to these companies. Buyer beware...you need to document every single item in your home and make sure you unpack with the driver in your house before you sign that page or they'll never reimburse you for a thing. Hold that driver hostage until they check off every box!

So far it's two stars. May adjust. Be prepared to do the legwork if you have a claim. They get two weeks to merely assign the claim to someone. You get five days to take the pictures. Make the phone calls. Pay for the services so that they can reimburse you. More to follow. 12 June. I had communicated that the technician for my Sleep Number bed was scheduled. Provided the receipt. They closed the claim the day before the tech came. So, I am out $105 and my time. This service is a joke. Avoid any company that uses them.

Absolutely do not have their stuff together, have you sign documents, and send back multiple times to get more signatures and initials. Could just make it happen all at once. Ask for 2% Ernest money, won’t let you schedule inspections or anything til everything is done their way! We have bought multiple homes in the last 5yrs, and they all are a pain in the butt, except Sirva is the absolute worst! Will actually cancel our contract if I have to initial the same paper again.
